Bathroom too small. No wet dry separation. No toilet paper provided. Other than that, everything else was ok. Location was the best, close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.

環境佈置得很温馨，整體趕緊整潔，配置齊全。
位置也便利，去翠湖3公里左右。
小區裏基本都是居民，安靜安全。
不足的是洗手間太小沒有乾濕分離，花灑水垢很多，有點影響使用體驗。
這次在昆明住了4家酒店+1家民宿，酒店被子蓋了不發癢，民宿的不太舒服，蓋着有點發癢，被子天氣好要多曬。

房子不算大，但很衞生很温馨，有家的感覺，床品也很舒服，上下床適合家人分開睡，住了兩天非常開心，小區環境不錯，樓下好吃的太多了，房子位置跟幾個景點也很近。房東人也很好，電視發現會員過期馬上就續費了，回覆都很及時，總之體驗很好。

完美！強烈推薦！入住的每一刻都讓我覺得很放鬆，房間裡佈置得很有情調。設施非常齊全，包括投影儀和舒適的床，簡直是理想的休息地。最重要的是房東非常熱情，給了很多當地的小貼士，讓我們的旅行更加愉快。

沒有空調，怕冷的千萬別住，昆明的冬天特別冷，廁所裏臟的呀，各種衞生死角問題，有潔癖的人可能接受不了

春節在昆明跨年，就選擇了一個民宿感覺比賓館更有過節氛圍。但是低估了昆明的温度，春節這兩天正好趕上昆明降温，沒有空調暖氣的昆明室內真是無處可躲，房東送來了電熱毯幫了大忙，成功躲在被窩裡避寒。
