離市區有點遠，但打車是方便的，是那種套房裡麪的小房間，感覺房間內裝修味道有點重，不過散散也還好。很適合曬太陽，陽光很好。是那種新開發樓盤，入住率比較低，沒有多少人，周邊也沒有什麼吃東西的地方，好像也沒有小賣部。

這次住在昆明藝寧民宿真的很驚喜！房間特別乾淨，裝修也很舒適，一進門就有種放鬆的感覺。老闆人超級好，特別熱情，還幫我介紹了周邊的吃喝玩樂～民宿裏有個小花園，早上曬太陽、晚上乘涼都很舒服。整體性價比真的高，適合想安靜放鬆的朋友，推薦！

很乾凈，也容易找到。小區門口有個便利店，住這裏去幾個濕地公園都近。按道理她這個位置和裝修條件不應該才100+性價比太高了。
