The customer service was great, the young girl at front desk was very Helford, attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is great. That's the only good points of this hotel. I booked 3 nights but checked out the next morning, luckily trip.com has free cancellation option. The room is also expensive!
I guess this hotel is meant for couples to just enjoy for 1 night. The setup of the room is strange, bathtub and shower and washing basin are separate. The floor is full of cigarettes burnt stain. On 11th floor but can still hear noise from the busy streets. Facilities need improvement or revamps.
Won't recommend this at all, especially for a love traveller like me.
For a cheaper price i then found a much much MUCH nicer hotel room.

奔着浴缸+温泉來的，離南亞和地鐵站都很近，泡湯泡得很爽，前台很熱情，電視可以拉出來旋轉，泡湯的時候也能看。
電視可以投屏也可以直接登嗶哩嗶哩小電視，二次元不用擔心看不了B站～

房間非常乾淨衞生，天然的温泉泡澡非常舒服。酒店的老闆應該也是細節控，熨斗、熨斗台、擦鞋布，一次性泡澡袋，都準備好在房間，非常貼心。而且還讓我們加客服微信，推薦附近的美食給我們，去了“小石鍋魚”，石鍋雞湯野菌超級鮮甜美味😋。非常滿意的行程。

浴缸挺大，花灑水流很大，房間整體來看可以設施保養的不錯，房型也可以，就是睡覺對面有一朵大花，但是沒什麼關係，門鎖是裏面隨時能開，外面打不開。

狠狠圈粉了！本來衹是想找個地方放鬆，結果處處都是驚喜！大浴缸硫磺温泉水泡完整個人都暖乎乎的，服務態度特別熱情，房間佈置得超温馨，床軟乎乎的一覺睡到天亮，帶娃來玩的家庭也完全沒問題，下次度假還來這兒！性價比高，必須五星好評！
