There is no air conditioning, the room is very cold, and they didn't give me one or two more toothbrushes and towels. The service attitude is very poor. The environment is OK and very new.

The facilities are all new and clean. I would like to make two suggestions. There are no stools in the room, so there is no place to sit when ordering takeout. Also, the trash can is a step-on, which is really superfluous. It is difficult to throw away the trash, and it is not easy to throw paper in the toilet.

When choosing this accommodation for 2 days in Kunming as it is close to the train station, I think it may be one of the worst receptions I have ever had. The man who carries it is unfriendly, he talks to you in his language as if you knew it and he doesn't even try to understand you and to make matters worse, I don't understand why, he spent about 20 minutes or more checking the passports over and over again and showing him the Paid reservation, using my translator after almost begging him to give me the Wi-Fi password and with an attitude that leaves a lot to be desired. The room had a door that led to the terrace that could not be closed in any way from the inside. The only thing worth mentioning was that it was close to the station, at a cheap price and close to an area with many bars but at the same time a lot of noise. Only book a second night due to proximity to the station. Very bad manners from the owner and rude.
