不好這家酒店沒有我之前想象中好，主要體現在，掛牌是欣都龍城店，實際是在盛唐城，到欣都龍城後找不着店，還不退款，有點被騙的感覺

前台態度特別差，語氣特別不耐煩🙄問他酒店的外賣地址，他説：你搜就是了！我朋友人臉識別半天沒過，他也是很不耐煩的一直在催！很惡氣，酒店衞生環境也不好，衞生間有一個別人用過的牙刷，灰多，窗簾也不遮光，一大早就亮醒了，洗手枱下水道很堵塞，水半天才漏下去，廁所水聲特別大，半夜都吵醒了，廁所的衞生紙也亂放，反正，説不完，相當無語，人生第一次遇到這種差的酒店……

這個店吃相太難看，沒見過錢一樣，晚上打電話要住不接電話，然後打平台，平台打通了酒店，就我打不通，説退酒店不允許，換了家酒店，第二天打電話給酒店接了一秒就掛，打給平台酒店還是不同意退
