房間衞生乾淨，很亮堂。前台服務員服務也是很到位，房間裏該有設施的都有，坐在陽台上視野也很好。晚上洗了個熱水澡睡，睡得很好，體驗感相當不錯，下次過來這邊還選擇住這家。

這裡離昆明南站打滴不遠，樓下飲食超方便的，除了有夜市小吃外 商店也多，下樓就是生活機能好的地方。
值得一提的是闆娘很熱情，除了介紹周遭好吃外也建議去昆明花市及周遭的景點，我們超愛賞花的人 連續去了2趟花市。去附近景點打車很便宜也不遠，在花市附近還有一個超大型的服裝批發中心，逛一整天都走不完的，這是女生的最愛。
重點是闆娘讓我們把行李寄放在民宿，我們廣南 壩美及普者黑旅遊幾天後再回來取行李，真的是太方便遊客了，超推薦來住宿的。

在昆明南站附近坐高鐵車接車重，而且環境不錯，周圍吃的很便利很多靠近大學城。房間很清潔，還有落地窗，視野開闊。

第一次入住這家酒店，感覺很温馨，簡潔，清爽，是1.5米的床，較寬大，舒適，電視也不錯，衞生做的到位，環境服務各方面都很滿意，周邊的小吃也很多，真的很不錯額，下次還會再來🥰🥰🥰🥰

房間隔音極差，關上窗户還是明顯聽見空調外機的個，嚴重影響睡眠，半夜三點一羣喝酒的旅客在走廊上大聲喧嘩，感覺是在給他們開追悼會，特別吵，無人過問、沒人制止，體驗感極差的一次，衹針對環境。
