此次入住是近期最差住宿體驗，從進入酒店到入住房間，環境臟亂、服務缺失、設施缺陷等問題集中爆發，完全不符合基礎住宿標準。
1. 大堂環境混亂，安全與整潔感全無
進入酒店大堂，首先看到的是大量未清理的建築垃圾，包括散落的水泥塊、打包好的碎瓷磚和廢棄木料，隨意堆放在前台旁的公共區域，不僅佔用通行空間，還存在磕碰風險。整體大堂毫無整潔度可言，彷彿處於施工未完工狀態，第一印象極差。
2. 客房條件惡劣，基本居住需求無法滿足
- 無窗設計壓抑難耐：入住的房間為無窗房型，室內悶熱不透氣，白天必須全程開着燈，缺乏自然採光，長時間停留會感到頭暈壓抑，完全沒有居住的舒適感；
- 異味嚴重影響健康：房間內瀰漫著明顯的黴味混合潮濕氣息，推測是長期不通風導致，即使打開空調最大風量通風1小時，異味仍未消散，夜間入睡時尤為明顯，導致頻繁醒覺，第二天出現輕微頭暈不適。
3. 服務意識缺失，前台服務態度惡劣

優點
位置 :挺好，離幾個景點都近
周邊:樓下幾個飯店都能吃到當地特色菜，燒烤，湯鍋，新式雲南菜。離昆明廣場步行就能到
早餐: 居然比想象中的好，雖然品種不多，但是並不差，推薦鮮奶和米線。
停車:市中心停車都會很困難，且一天30多元，酒店提供免費車位，且都有位置，這一點是很用心的了。
房間大小: 住起不憋屈
缺點: 每個酒店都有缺點，這個酒店缺點風格不太年輕化，但是配置考慮還算周全，比如靠路邊的房間配有耳塞，廁所用具都很齊全，遇到問題也及時給我處理了。
