第一這不是民宿，就是一個小區民房隔很多小間，進門就是一魚缸，客廳都幾乎沒有了。
第二我訂的房間，高德平台上備註有25平方，實際到手估計衹有15平方，這都不是重點。重點是我訂的是豪華雙床房，我得到的房間跟圖片完全不一樣，而且這個“民宿”一共6個房間，竟然也沒有一個如此房間，真不知道是哪裡盜版的圖片。
第三就是房間環境，真的一言難盡，被子都不清楚每天是否都洗過，有種很多灰的感覺，還有大家看我拍的實景圖，這裝修也是服了。
第四，就是安全，完全就是小區房子，不清楚為什麼能運營“民宿”，一個房間裏面隔這麼多間，安全隱患嚴重。
第五，就是優點，這所謂“民宿”，衹要你網上下單，到了店之後，完全都不查顧客的身份證，這真的很安全嗎？符合規範嗎？

民宿離昆明站很近，很好找。交通什麼都很方便 ，出門不遠就是車站，樓下還有個大超市。房間很乾凈，本來定的是個單間，因為沒房了。老闆免費升級了大床房。因為樓層高出來陽台上就能看見風景，總之還是很推薦的。

我是在攜程網上根據高評分預訂昆明宏陽民宿，我的感覺非常滿意！老闆娘熱情周到，衞生情況也很好，為了照顧我們老年人還特意為我們升級了房間。我有糖尿病，老扳娘多次為我做冰塊方便我保存胰島素。所以我給宏陽民宿五星好評！

説是滿員給升級到酒店住，結果那酒店就是迦南酒店，花灑是壞的，房間有股怪味道，好像是煙味被牆紙吸收後散不掉，因為將就一晚的，自己定的便宜的，沒話説
