The hotel staff were very helpful and we were upgraded to a suite. My daughters loved the pool and the hotel staff gave us free entry. The breakfast was Chinese style with many options. There was a spa but no hot springs in the hotel. The location was excellent and only a short walk from the train station and close to many food options.

The hotel facilities are perfect and advanced, the appearance is very airy, the lobby is spacious, the big crystal lamp is in sight, the background of landscape graffiti, the classic high-end chandelier. There is also a fish pond to watch, the service is warm, the two clean elevators are not crowded when they go upstairs, the front desk Xiao Li 🌹 service is very good, very warm and professional.

The shared elevator for the apartment building often had long wait times and felt quite dated. There's a KTV downstairs. The only perks were its proximity to the subway and the complimentary breakfast. As for the room itself, it was just average. While it boasted smart home features and face recognition for entry, we experienced a concerning issue mid-stay: after a few days, the door could surprisingly be opened by simply pulling it, without face recognition. I reported this to the front desk, and they had a technician fix it. However, despite the repair, my family and I genuinely struggled to get proper rest during our entire stay. Although we were informed the 5th floor might be noisy due to the KTV downstairs, it felt more like sleeping directly above a nightclub. Almost every night, until 2 or 3 AM, the walls noticeably vibrated, and the noise was overwhelmingly loud. Consequently, with my child, we rarely managed to fall asleep before 1 or 2 AM, often not until 2 or 3 AM.

It was a very luxurious and large hotel. The front desk asked for a robot to lead the way. I thought I had heard wrong. She said the hotel was very large and was afraid that I would not be able to find it. How exaggerated! 位置便利，樓下就是地鐵廣衛站，出行方便。公寓採光好，視野開闊，空間比一般酒店寬敞。比較安靜，夜晚不吵。樓下還有超市，米線餐館等。電視不少本來需要付費的電影都可以免費觀看。房東雖沒有謀麪，但態度很好。總體是滿意的，性價比高，推薦入住。 衛生方面還可以改善，如浴室置物架請清理一下，過往客人留下的牙刷，香皂等請扔掉。
