The room was spotless and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Daguanyuan Park is directly opposite the hotel, offering great convenience for sightseeing. Upon arrival, children's essentials and fresh fruit were already provided in the room. The hotel offers a wide array of room types, including family-friendly options with flexible bed arrangements and quiet rooms ideal for elderly guests seeking a peaceful rest. All rooms are consistently quiet and generously sized. The hotel boasts three outdoor hot spring pools, perfectly sized for family relaxation and enjoyment. What truly stood out was the unparalleled service – hands down the best we've encountered during our stay. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and eager to help, always going the extra mile to resolve any guest concerns. While the restaurant isn't huge, the breakfast spread is incredibly comprehensive, offering something for everyone. Lunch is also available to order, with dishes that are both light and delicious. On our first day, we received a complimentary light meal that was just as excellent as anything on the menu – truly exceptional value. We'll definitely make this our top choice when we return to Kunming. A perfect 100%!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were really friendly and genuinely assisted us during the stay eventho i didnt speak the language and mostly use google translate 😂 The room was very spacious and there’s bed on the ground floor, perfect for my parents. The location was great, it was next to novotel hotel. There were 7/11 and good food nearby. Love it ! Thankyou ❤️

I highly recommend this hotel! The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the warm welcome by the staff at check-in to the thoughtfully prepared amenities in the room. The room was bright with a great view, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The laundry service deserves special mention; not only were clothes cleaned thoroughly, but even delicate items were handled with great care. The service was also incredibly efficient, offering same-day pick-up, which truly eliminated any travel worries. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

Checked into this newly opened hotel and was pleasantly surprised! Ctrip's first map delayed this hotel's good. The actual stay was even more amazing! The decoration style of the entire hotel really touched my heart, it is full of literary and artistic atmosphere without losing the sense of luxury. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and very comfortable bedding. The best thing about the hotel is its location, which is only 730 meters away from Guangfu Road subway station, making travel very convenient. The service is also super considerate, the staff is enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out are very efficient. If I have the chance to come to Kunming again, I will definitely choose here again! Care can be seen everywhere. 👍🏻Highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality and cleanliness! The hotel is located on the 13th floor, with four elevators. The room has a large window with a nice view, very good room facilities, and hot water. The hotel is cost-effective and convenient for parking. Opposite the hotel is a large supermarket and a food street. The breakfast shop across the road from the hotel has great dumplings. Recommended.

Extremely satisfied with our stay! The 24-hour butler service was excellent. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which my child absolutely adored! The environment is lovely, and the location offers incredibly convenient transportation, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. As for facilities, having laundry access was a huge plus and so convenient.

Other than location, everything else is superb. If you don't mind taking a taxi or e-hailing, then it's fine. However, e-hailing is an issue for foreigners. You can't register one without a local number due to a payment issue. You need a local bank account to register. It's more of a condotel. Nearest train station is 30 minutes away walking. There is a small mall next to the hotel. Besides the room, what I like is also the staff at the counter. They are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. If I am driving I don't mind at all to stay at this place.

I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in my room. The handwritten note left by the staff in the room was a very special touch – it's been ages since I received a handwritten message! The room was impeccably clean and tidy every single day, truly deserving a five-star rating. I also adored the little heart shape the staff thoughtfully arranged on the bed. The thoughtful service from the front desk staff was excellent. I even connected with them on WeChat during check-in, and they responded promptly to all my questions and issues throughout my stay. I really appreciated the smart design of the elevators: after scanning your room card, it automatically selects your floor. In most other hotels, you have to scan your card *and then* manually press your floor button, so this Novotel is the first one I've encountered with such a convenient system. And a tip: remember to look up at the ceiling when you're in the elevator – there's a pleasant surprise waiting for you! Another thoughtful detail was the complimentary bottled water available for guests to take in the elevator lobbies on each floor and right next to the front desk. It's super handy, especially since I often forget to bring water when I head out. What I didn't like were the two large display screens at the front desk. They created an unnecessary barrier between myself and the staff, which felt a bit impersonal during what should have been warm, face-to-face interactions. Finally, thank you for the small gift we received at check-out. I haven't opened it yet, but I'm guessing it's a flower pastry. It would have been even better if it had been given to us a bit earlier, perhaps before I finished packing my luggage, so I wouldn't have had an extra item to juggle on the high-speed train.

Mandan Hotel Jinma Biji Square Branch is perfect for a trip to Kunming! The location is superb, within walking distance of Jinma Biji Square and Kunming Old Street, and incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and other activities. The rooms are cozy and clean, with soft bedding, a separate shower and toilet, and all the necessary amenities. The room even includes complimentary foot bath packs – a thoughtful touch! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist, and offer luggage storage. The lobby's self-service coffee is also excellent. Great value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

Traveling with our children, we specifically opted for a two-bedroom apartment. The hotel apartment is centrally located with easy subway access, and large shopping malls are within walking distance. Service was excellent, and there's even a rooftop pool, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it. The only minor issue was the washing machine's dryer function. We'd hoped to quickly dry our clothes, but even a small load took a frustrating 5-6 hours.
