This stay at the resort was simply amazing! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the enthusiastic staff greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel staff were polite, attentive and warm. The housekeeper service was in place and the experience activities were carefully arranged. The room was warm and quiet. The decoration style was very distinctive. It cleverly incorporated the local cultural elements of the resort, making people feel both novel and comfortable. The beds were soft and clean, and the quality of the bedding was also very good. I like the hotel's dining. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, with local specialties and a variety of common Western meals, each of which is exquisitely cooked and delicious. The environment around the hotel is very beautiful, perfectly integrated with the natural landscape of the resort. Looking out of the window of the room, you can see lush green plants everywhere, as if you are in a paradise ܾ ܾ 𖥧𓇣 ܾ ܾ ܾ

A very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

[Room] The room should be newly renovated and parking is convenient next to it. We booked a twin room, which was not very big, but was enough for a hot spring bath. It was quite quiet outside the window. [Hot Spring] The hot spring water is very hot, the water quality is yellowish, and it is very comfortable to soak in. The only thing is that the pool in the twin room is a bit small, and can only accommodate one adult and one child at a time. If you need suggestions for a larger pool, look at other room types. 【Suggestion】Install a safety lock on the room door.

It is a beautiful place. It would be better if the room or breakfast restaurant had coffee available, though. There are convenient places outside to sit and talk with friends.

JinLangYuan Hotel is a very nice hotel. Hotel is very clean and centrally located. The hotel looks modern, with just one calling ”siao tu, siao tu”, you can commend to open aircon, tv, blinds and lights. Rooms are big with complete amenities. Breakfast is sufficient with variety to choose from salad, congee, noodles, sandwich, pastries that comes with coffee and tea. Hotel personels are quick to respond to our requests with smile. Lots of eateries and stores just outside the hotel. JL hotel is just across the NANpING pedestrian street, where one can shop, dine and do other activities, very accessible to transportation. Will surely stay in this hotel when in Kunming.

Very clean and comfortable rooms at a central location and surrounded with fairly local shops and within walking distance of the large shopping mall. I think services and facilities are good enough, but not yet top notched. However given the price point and location, everything is satisfactory and am happy to recommend this place to anyone who want to stay within this area.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We booked 2 rooms And the service was above expectation! Rooms was clean and quiet The staff 吕许一 陈瑞 付喻 龙小丽 helped us so much! Thank you! And there was others who was on duty which I didn’t get their names. I would choose to stay here again! The location is awesome as it’s close to all the local shops and night market for food and drinks. Breakfast is tasty and lots of option u can choose from. I also love the late breakfast option. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The staff also helped us to send some parcels And also assisted with luggage pick up and drop offs.

Been booking at the Hump Hostel for 10 years, both hostel dorms and private rooms. It's always a pleasant experience. I don't like how the business doesn't provide bath towels for hostel tenants. I know it's optional under the new Chinese law but I think they could do better. It's like a museum. The hallways and some of the private rooms are decorated with WW2 artifacts. Best location in Kunming. A bit of a walk or taxi ride to the nearest metro stations.

The location is great, close to the city center. The room itself is okay, but the air conditioning stopped working at midnight. I called the front desk, and at first, the staff member asked me to reset it. She told me the air conditioning should be set to heater mode only (it was already getting hot at the end of May), so I reset it, and it worked for about 10 minutes before turning off again. I called the front desk again, and she agreed to come check. When she arrived, she tried a few buttons and claimed the air conditioning was working, but it was obviously unresponsive, no matter what she pressed. There was no sound. I asked her, ”Are you sure it's working? There's no sound, and without the AC, the room is becoming unbearable.” Eventually, she admitted it wasn't working and told me there was nothing she could do and asked me to sleep without AC. At this point, I raised my eyebrow and asked, ”You want me to sleep in this room with no AC and no fan?” Only then did she agree to bring a fan to my room. It was around 1 or 2 a.m. by that time. To make matters worse, she blamed me for the AC malfunction, saying it was because I set it to cooling mode initially. While I understand she might not have been able to fix the AC, her response was quite unacceptable.
