The hotel was impeccably clean with top-notch service. It's perfectly suited for business travelers, couples, and even family vacations. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a bustling night market. The decor is very pleasing, and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. There's a lovely lounge on the ground floor where guests can enjoy tea, coffee, and other beverages. Without a doubt, this is one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in!

The hotel is located on the top floor of a commercial building. The rooms are quite nice and freshly renovated, with no lingering unpleasant odors. The toilet features automatic flushing, and the shower provides consistently hot water – very comfortable. The twin beds we booked were very spacious, easily accommodating our family of four. From the window, you can see the twin towers and an overpass. Downstairs, there are plenty of breakfast spots, rice noodle shops, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, and pharmacies. It's just a 5-minute walk to Kunming Railway Station, and you don't even need to cross any major roads, making it an excellent choice for independent travelers. The only minor drawback was the lack of hair conditioner, which left my hair feeling a bit dry after washing; however, the customer service team promptly resolved this when I contacted them. It would also be a great improvement if the laundry facilities included a dryer, as it's quite inconvenient when clothes can't dry, especially on rainy days. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money!

My stay this time absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I felt right at home. The room was beautifully appointed and incredibly cozy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable – every corner was spotless. The hotel also boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, with shopping districts and subway stations all within easy walking distance. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

This makes it ideal for business trips or a convenient stopover. Service was a bit lackluster as some of the staff didn’t really seem happy to serve us (eg breakfast staff, some of the receptionists), and the room had a bit of a smoking smell despite being non smoking.. sad we couldn’t use the free laundry service as that’s why we booked it but otherwise location is pretty good, short walk from Nanping pedestrian street and the railway station to take a train to other parts of Yunnan. Breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. Had fun talking to Xiaodu too. We checked in in the middle of the night with no fuss.

A comfortable hotel and a welcome place to rest overnight after our flight. The rooms were as expected for a hotel room in China. The two young women on reception were very helpful and went out of their way to communicate to us the directions that we needed. The self-service breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of it.

The hotel I stayed in on my first night in Kunming is near the train station, just a 5-6 minute walk away. There are subway stations and bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to go to other places. The room has smart facilities, is clean and tidy, has hot water and air conditioning, and the bed is moderately soft and hard. I am very satisfied and will stay here again when I come back from a business trip [smirk]

Being on a high floor, the views were expansive and impressive. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.
