第一次住這家賓館，總體體驗下來還是非常不錯的。網上訂的票，前台很快操作好了，服務特別好～進入房間非常乾淨整潔，我對這一方面還是比較重視的，旅館最重要的就是乾淨，被套摸起來非常的舒服乾爽～離火車站也近，下次還來這家ps：常熟挺好玩噠

整體尚可，暑期來客人，家裡住不下，所以住了兩晚。入住的內窗低價版。
設施：淋浴頭耷拉下來了，角度無法調整。
衞生：整體尚可，開關面板，電視等上面有灰塵。
環境：尚可。
停車: 沒有停車場，對開車的朋友不友好。

半夜到的，前台還幫我拎行李箱態度也很好，就是有兩點問題，一開始我是衝著環境好和超大高清電視屏幕去的，環境非常符合沒有任何問題，但是電視出問題了，本來還想看看電視的結果沒看到，我挺難過的，好不容易遇到那麼大——那麼高清——的屏幕，真的超級想看電視，然後就是隔音感覺不太行，早上一大早就被外面吵醒了聽的挺清楚的，建議就是自備耳塞，其他的沒有任何毛病。我一個人睡的比較看重安全性，特地挑的連鎖酒店，鎖鏈什麼的都非常的全，然後我還有鼻炎，如果有點灰塵我就會過敏，之前在別的酒店就出現過，這次我一直開空調都沒有出現過敏，説明衞生很好，還有一個就是很想蹲一下你們酒店的枕頭在哪兒買的，想買一個，我睡眠不好很容易失眠，但是你們家枕頭我睡着很舒服這個枕頭真不錯

惱火，每次都是一樓，靠近前台，煩躁，來就是説沒房間了，都住完了……前台服務不行，一個男的也不説加錢換個房間，就靠近前台很煩……大晚上連夜又找了一個，再也不會來這個酒店住了，隔音還差……一言難盡……千萬別去住了，親們……
