"Having stayed at the Xinxing branch before, this was my first time at the Yancheng branch, and I must say I was a bit disappointed compared to my previous experience. We booked a twin room this time. The bathroom was quite small, and there was only one usable power outlet in the room; the other two were occupied by the fridge and TV. When I asked the front desk if they had an extension cord or anything similar to borrow, they said no. I understand that the hotel is a renovation of an older property, so it can't be perfect, but modern travelers bring many electronic devices that need charging. Having only one usable outlet is simply not enough, and this is an area that definitely needs improvement."

"The harbor views are absolutely breathtaking, and breakfast is health-conscious and nourishing, perfect for relaxing and taking stunning photos. However, the room only provided two miniature bottles of water, and there's no water dispenser, so tea enthusiasts will be left parched 🥲. You have to pay extra for toothbrushes and toothpaste. The 10 CNY set was a terrible purchase; the toothpaste was so dry, it felt like it had been sealed for an eternity. At 10:40 AM, there was a 'friendly' reminder about extending our stay, then at 11:00 AM sharp, the power was cut, feeling like a timed mission in an RPG ⚡. "The location is great, about a 7-minute walk from Cianjin MRT station. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The first room we were assigned was quite noisy, and we had to contact the front desk twice to change rooms before we found one we were happy with. The staff were very accommodating and helped us change rooms each time. Having a coin-operated laundry room was also very convenient!"

"Location is excellent as its near all tourist places, even though the place is quiet and nice to stay. We also got free bicycle renting to explore things around there too, this is not note in hotel facility, but hotel has got it. My mom needs to sit on wheelchair, but the place is quite convenient to her to get service in hotel. The room is clean, bed is great, toilet equipped with warm seat as well. I like the soap and shampoo at hotel, smell is so nice. At the guest lobby my kid is happy with snack, drink that provided, also i can have coffee at all the time from there as well.. i think we made right decision that we stayed here for 2 nights, the time was great there. thanks for good service."

"The room was very comfortable. On the evening of July 1st, around 8:30 PM, I had a severe stomachache due to an upset stomach and needed to see a doctor. As I was unfamiliar with the area and it was late, and unsure about the quality of nearby doctors, I asked a staff member if there were any doctors available. She mentioned a better clinic, though not in the immediate vicinity. She immediately called them to ask if they could treat gastroenteritis; the clinic closed at 9:30 PM. She then promptly called a taxi for me. I am so grateful for her help. I wanted to thank her when I returned, but I haven't seen her in several days, so I'm taking this opportunity to thank her here! 👍🙏"

"I had a great stay. The hotel is very clean, with housekeeping provided daily. As a light sleeper, I appreciated that the room felt private and quiet. Bottled water need to request from front desk. While there was a slight odor at the elevator, the room itself was perfectly fine. The location is excellent—a 5-minute walk to the MRT (1 stop from Formosa Boulevard) and a 30-minute Uber to Zuoying HSR and the Dragon and Tiger Pagoda. A small Family Mart is right next door, and Hwada Milk Tea is just 200m away. McDonald's is nearby. I didn’t opt for hotel breakfast, and there aren't many breakfast varieties within walking distance. My only real complaint was that the pillows were too soft."

"The hotel is a five-minute walk from Yanchengpu MRT station, surrounded by plenty of great food options, and close to Pier 2 Art Center and the port. Check-in at the lobby was quick. The room was spacious, and the bed's firmness was just right. The room lighting was also very bright, and I especially loved the makeup mirror with its auxiliary light – it made applying makeup a breeze. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was quite tasty. It was very convenient that I could store my luggage after check-out, with no time limit for pick-up. The main drawback is that the soundproofing is really not good. Even on the tenth floor, I could hear street noise from the ground floor, as well as water running next door, people talking outside, doors closing, and hair dryers."

"Hotel decor is cute & oozes cheery vibes. Staff are all very helpful & friendly. We booked a twin room & it was spacious and comfortable, there's even a bathtub in addition to shower area. Hotel breakfast spread exceeded my expectations of typical ********* hotel breakfast. Quite a variety of food options & they were generally tasty too. Really high CP value hotel! If we had to nitpick, the bed was a bit hard to sleep on."

"Great location, 2 minutes walk away from the pier 2. The culture shops in warehouses are 1 minutes away. It is also right next to the international music center with beautiful architecture, as well as a park around. Light rails and bus stops are also close by. Great trail along the water way. The rotating bridge, the longest in Aisa rotates every day 3pm SHARP, is right in sight. Plenty restaurants and shops on the other side of the water way across the bridge. Many noodle shops (at least 3) as well as convenient stores are within walking distance. The hotel room is relatively small, but cozy. It is clean and has good layout inside. The room has a good view of the street. The hotel staff are also friendly, quite accessible and helpful, with one exception when one of the days it ran out of tooth paste, which is unreasonably expensive if you had to buy one in OK shop right next to the hotel. The hotel provides a coffee machine with free ground coffee, very convenient if you want to grab a cup of Americano or cappocciino in the morning right out of the bed. The hotel also provides laundry facilities in the basement with a washer and a dryer, even though the capacity is way over the amount of worn clothes in several days. Had wished the hotel had a simple gym, well, I guess I have to do without this time. Overall it has been a good staying experience."

"It was very convenient to have parking available. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. There were free snacks, coffee, and tea in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. The location is close to Pier-2 Art Center and the MRT. Overall, it was a great stay!"
