"Really loved it here, especially the pool and breakfast. Seriously, there's no need to go anywhere else. Got so many complimentary items, definitely won't go hungry. If anything, you'll be too full! 😭 However, it's a shame there were a lot of insects... Ants and some other bugs I don't know the name of. Hope the pest control can be improved."

"Hotel Mercure Garut is always so generous with its guests! 😁 They offer welcome drinks everywhere... there's a refillable water dispenser in the hotel hallway, and the hotel smells amazing and is super clean. All the food is delicious. The security guards are incredibly helpful and friendly... The swimming pool is also warm. Seriously, if you're ever in Garut, you HAVE to stay at Mercure Hotel! 👍🏻😍😍"

"rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet."

"We asked for double bed and they’re agreed to replace the room to double. In the night they’re giving us a snack for iftar dinner for free. The breakfast is delicious. Room are comfy, the pool is clean and warm. The staff is friendly and really helpful. It was really worth it, definitely will come again."

"The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut."

"************* came here before the crowd of visitors staying, so it was still quiet and peaceful. Incidentally we came here by train and arrived at 11 o'clock but had to wait until 2 o'clock to be able to check in. Although it was long, at least we could enjoy the facilities at the hotel. We were here for 3 nights, every day the room could be facilitated to be cleaned. Honestly, this hotel is actually good, it's just that the lack of good maintenance makes it look neglected. From the chairs on the rooftop and around the swimming pool. Hopefully from this review the hotel management can improve its maintenance even more"

"A comfortable hotel in Garut, conveniently located near Cipanas. The breakfast was standard but delicious. My only minor complaint is that the swimming pool is small and quite exposed to the restaurant area, which made swimming a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was good. The room with the smart TV was very satisfying – excellent! It would be fantastic if they could add a warm/hot spring pool, as that's a true Garut specialty!"
