GGuest UserFrom this resort, we can witness the majestic landscape of Mt. Pangrango, its expanse from peak to foot where Bogor city lies.
Unfortunately, its only swimming pool is out of service due to any leakage, so only mini water park is available for children to be enjoyed.
The amenities in our room is general standard but minus slipper and hairdryer.
The hotel staff is friendly, except for reception staff that need to be improved to keep hospitality as a resort should be.

云云帆HMThis hotel furniture is very good. The environment is very calm. Fresh air and clean lawn.
It is very suitable for spending the weekend or holiday here with family or friends.
But the road to hotel is not good. It is very bumpy and the slope is steep. A good car and good driving skill is prefer for driving here.
The facilities of this hotel are very good. The whole hotel is very quiet lying in the col. Pushing the window is the fresh air and green lawn. Natural oxygen bar.
It is very suitable for spending a weekend or holiday with family or friends.
But the road to the hotel is not good, rugged and steep. If you are driving here, it is best to have a good car and skilled driving skills.

FFarah9307I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

GGuest UserGenerally ok if you stay for one night on your way to Taman Safari. Nice mountain view outside. Warungs in 5 min walk. Pool with chilling water. Colonial design. The room would be much better if renovated, but the problem was that other guests were partying with loud Indonesian music until 11:00 PM and started again to party the next morning at 6:00 AM!

WweiAlways happy to be here. However, this type of cabin is not suitable for senior dogs. Because the stairs are quite high. (Note my doggy is 11 years old) His legs can't move back and forth. My son really enjoys playing in the cabin with water toys in the jacuzzi and the toys. But next time I think it will be in the deluxe glass house. So that my doggy can also enjoy being able to go back and forth in and out of the place. The best thing is the view from the bed. Makes you lazy to get out of bed in the morning. 🤣

TTresa SThis hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye.
However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough.
Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.
