I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for money. The location is especially convenient, as it is situated directly above a shopping mall, making it incredibly easy to access stores and everyday essentials without needing to travel far. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast experience. Paul and his team was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing truly top-notch service each morning. Their friendliness and professionalism made a great start to each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both its convenience and the quality of service.

Excellent hotel in terms of value for money. The room could have been improved in some aspects (skirting board coming off the wall, unstable shower head, faucet with somewhat extreme pressure), but the bed was super comfortable and the overall structure was great. Breakfast was abundant and always well-stocked by the excellent waitstaff. The receptionists were always very helpful.

I stayed here for a week for a business trip, mostly because I was too lazy to switch hotels. First, a big shout-out to the front desk guy who checked me in! He was incredibly kind. I arrived in Milan on an early morning flight, around 6 AM, and after wandering around for a bit, I got to the hotel around 10 AM. I checked my luggage, went out to grab some things, and ended up falling asleep in the hotel lobby. The staff member even turned down the music for me. Since he had already checked and there were no available rooms, I couldn't really press the issue. I napped for a while, and around 12 PM, seeing how exhausted I was, he managed to find a room for me. Haha, I was so sleep-deprived my brain completely shut down, so I'm really grateful he even lent me a charging adapter. The next day, he recognized me and said hello, even joking in Chinese that I must have been really tired yesterday. He's hilarious! Thank you! On to other things: the breakfast got really repetitive, there wasn't much variety. The room itself was quite spacious, especially compared to Japanese hotel rooms. Since I was staying for an extended period, I think the housekeeping staff got lazy and didn't change my bedsheets for several days. The gym requires you to get the key from the front desk; it's quite small and only opens after 6 AM. Overall, it was pretty good, though it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, about 20 minutes.

The hotel is well-positioned, close to a big mall with eateries. On the weekend staff couldn't keep up with the breakfast, many things were empty even coffee cups were missing. Reception took the complain onboard and didn't charge us for couple of breakfasts. We occupied 5 rooms, more could have been done. Appreciate the free parking possibility in the garage. All up was a pleaeent stay

comfortable stay and convenient location, 5-10mins to metro station. small breakfast area but there are plenty of options for the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended and would come back if i am visiting Milano again :))

To be honest this was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to and I have been to a lot I’m the kind who brings my own pillow cover and I didn’t use it Breakfast was okay The only thing is that it’s a little far from Milan and the center like half an hour or a little more by car But other than that it was good and it had free parking

The concierge were very helpful. For the price I paid, breakfast should have been included. The parking facility and proximity to the Metro is a plus. Not too many good restaurants in the vicinity but many options within a train ride.

The hotel is a little bit far from the downtown. there is subway near there. I have to point that the hotel should be refurnished. the breakfast is limited and not fresh.

The position is not bad, just near the motorway. The check-in was quick, though they didn't explain to me that if I had big baggage, it was better to get in from the main entrance and not from the back of the car park, because I had to make a plan with 20 kg of baggage per arm. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep because the room temperature was too hot without the possibility of adjusting it, which is dangerous for both the mucosa of the eyes and the nose for everyone. Sorry.
