SsisihuihuiThis stay at inatori got to be one of the best decisions made. The room came with an absolutely stunning sea view which made this trip from the bustling city worth it!! You need to add the breakfast and dinner to your package too because the food served are top quality and so so delicious. We ate till we were stuffed every single night!! There’s no other hotel that come close to this amazing experience we had here. We also enjoyed the private onsen which can be booked by paying +$$
As the place is very much catered to local tourists, most of the menu, instructions are in Japanese, so just use your translator app if you have any questions! They do have staff who can speak English / mandarin!

MM519193****Super satisfied! There is a special butler who is responsible for your diet and other arrangements every day. It is a Vietnamese lady. The English is very fluent. It will also have a little Chinese. The service is very good.
Especially worth mentioning is that the dinner is particularly good. The ingredients are fresh. All kinds of seafood lobster sashimi. The abalone is oversized. The taste is really good. The price is full.
Our room type is a balcony with foot soup. It is very special. It is very comfortable to watch the maple leaves in the courtyard.
The hotel has private soup and public soup. Private soup needs to be reserved at one time every day. Free tea every day. Ice cream and milk are provided.
The only possible location is relatively remote. It is not convenient for tourists who are not self-driving. There is no reception at the front desk when we first entered the check-in, which caused us to find a long time.
But the whole is really good, very recommended

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in Izu Atagawa. The town is not big and there is only one Family Mart. You can buy snacks in advance. There is a small shop on the first floor of the hotel and a vending machine for instant noodles on the third floor.
The hotel checks in at 15:00 and checks out at 10:00. Is this the rule for most Japanese hot spring hotels? 😃
There are Chinese service staff every day, but English communication is no problem.
The ingredients are fresh and don’t feel dried...😯, black diamond users rarely comment, just happened to be there on the 24th, the picture below is the dinner that day, the hotel has some problems, but it is generally good.

GGuest UserThere is a shuttle bus to Atagawa Station. The hotel will contact you via email one day in advance. If you're going on your own, you can take the bus to Katase-Shirata, which is relatively easy to walk from and not far away.
The hotel staff's English is limited, allowing only basic communication. More complex questions are handled using a translator. Breakfast and shuttle bus times for the next day are confirmed upon check-in, and then again each day at breakfast.
The hotel provides facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste. I only found facial cleanser in the women-only open-air bath, where individually packaged samples were also available.
I recommend paying extra for a sea-view room. While the Japanese-style rooms also have a sea view, it's on the side and obstructed by a roof.
I wish the dinner time and the morning bath closing time could be later. If you finish dinner at 6:40 PM and want to go to the bath again, it's already dark. The bath closes at 9:00 AM, so you need to get up very early to use it again.
There are stairs in the hotel, so those with mobility issues should not book this room.

CcyouennThe 16 videos and photos alone speak volumes about my satisfaction with this hotel! I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room I booked based on the photos, but it was even better in person. It's the first time I've ever experienced a hotel that's actually better than the photos! The food was absolutely amazing! My two elders were blown away by their first experience at a Japanese onsen hotel, enjoying the food every day! Meals like this would cost at least 1,000 per person in China. Highly recommended!

Yyiyun710Had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers free shuttle service, and the rooms are very spacious. Staying in a sea-view room, sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoying a beer was incredibly therapeutic. We booked a package with breakfast and dinner included, and dinner was excellent. After our meal, we went to the large public bath on the second floor for a hot spring soak. There's also a lounge on the sixth floor with complimentary snacks, drinks, and beer. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

On the day of check-in, due to the traffic jam after 21:00, the hotel arranged for the grandfather to wait for us to give the key. Dinner should be eaten before 18:30. I originally told the hotel that I would not eat it, but I have been sending people to wait for us to check in and insist on eating for us. Service like.
The public hot springs, the reason for being too old, look dirty. There is also a hot spring pool in the room, the same reason for being too old looks dirty, and finally used the shower.
The room rate has two meals for breakfast and dinner, and everything is good, but the cooking level is average, not very tasty, a little waste of raw materials, family cooking level.
