This hotel is within walking distance to BTS Ari, probably 5 min of brisk walk. Many eateries in the surrounding area including street food. There is a 7-11 outlet thats shares the same building as the hotel. It gets busy in the morning and throughout the day as the hotel shares common building with offices. Hotel staff team was ok but not much of Thai hospitality. There is no need to tap room card in the elevator to access your room floor - a negative point in term of security. Buffet breakfast spread was very basic. Overall book this hotel if you have not much choices at hand.

I recently completed a 5-day stay at Vic3 Bangkok and couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was polite and patient, taking the time to provide a detailed walkthrough of the room features and hotel services. The location is a major highlight. It is strategically situated just a 3-minute walk from the Sanam Pao BTS station, making city travel effortless. Having a 7-Eleven right next to the station adds an extra layer of convenience for snacks and essentials. Plus, being only three stops away from the Siam shopping district is a huge time-saver. The housekeeping staff was equally impressive; they were proactive and polite, always checking if I needed fresh amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water—two bottles are provided daily, but the staff is more than happy to provide extra upon request. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, whether you are here for business or leisure.

This hotel in Bangkok truly exceeded all my expectations – from the service to the breakfast and the room, it was a delightful surprise throughout my trip! The late-night check-in experience was absolutely divine! We arrived past midnight, but the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. They not only processed our check-in quickly but also proactively helped us with our luggage to the room. Even with a language barrier, using a translation app made communication effortless. The thoughtful service completely melted away the exhaustion of our late arrival. Breakfast was genuinely a daily highlight! The menu changed every day, offering a rich variety of fresh dishes. The made-to-order omelet station was a definite standout; the chef could even make omelets that resembled omurice, tender and runny – so delicious I wanted to have an extra one every day. It truly made breakfast a joyful experience. The room felt much more spacious than it appeared online, never feeling cramped, with a well-designed layout that made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the rooftop dryer, which wasn't very efficient and took a long time to dry clothes. Regarding the location, while it's not particularly close to the Siam shopping district, requiring some travel planning, the surrounding amenities are fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, with several more down the block, making it super convenient for purchases. Big C is also just a few hundred meters away, perfect for daily shopping. Additionally, since the hotel is by the road, there can be some motorbike noise during the day, so I'd recommend resting early, though it wasn't a significant disturbance. The rooftop also features a free swimming pool and a paid laundry room, which is super convenient for doing laundry while traveling. Considering the price and the overall experience, this is truly an excellent accommodation choice in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

It's a destination in itself! · Thoughtful Design: The owner has masterfully blended unique style, full functionality, and strong branding. It's both beautiful and practical. · Fun Touches: We loved the sticker photo booth – such a fun keepsake! 🎞️ · Perfect for Adventurers: Ideal for travelers who love unique and unconventional places. · Convenient Amenities: There is parking for about 3 cars, and the security guard was very sweet. 🚗 · Comfy & Cool Rooms: The room was very comfortable with a fridge and hairdryer. I've booked a double room with private bathroom and at least it had a window! The location is good in between 2 BTS stations, so there are no late night activities and in general it was quiet. Maybe because my room didn't face the road. The room itself was fine but there was no cleaning during my stay. So when you run out of paper you have to go down to the reception and ask for a refill. Common areas were ok as well as the laundry, yet the promised common area and smoking area on the fifth floor were closed for renovation. In general it was a good value for money, can be defined as middle-low price segment and amenities

I liked the mountains view as well as the comfort of the bed and air con. The bathroom and sleeping room are on the smaller side, but meet basic needs. The weekend staff were very kind. Overall, this is a good place to stay.

During the three days from check-in to check-out, no one came to clean the room. A complimentary bottle of water was provided on the first day, but no further complimentary bottled water was offered regardless of how many days one stayed. The air conditioner was old and noisy, affecting sleep; without it on, the room was almost completely exposed to the sun.

We had a very pleasant stay at SureStay Hotel by Best Western Iconic Ari–Jatujak. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff deserve special mention — they were polite, friendly, and always helpful, whether it was with check-in, directions, or small requests. It really made us feel welcome. The location is another big plus. It’s close to Ari and Jatujak areas, with easy access to public transport, local food spots, and convenience stores. Traveling around Bangkok from here was quite easy and affordable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with good service, comfort, and a peaceful environment. I would definitely recommend it to families and travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Bangkok, and I would happily stay here again.
