This place is amazing!! I stayed at bldg 11 with a pool view. I’ve been in FL for 10 years and never heard of this place so I decided to take a quick weekend getaway my my granddaughter and youngest daughter. We had a blast!! The rooms are really nice, very clean! The staff are friendly, very helpful, and accommodating! I was able to book an extra night in the same room after my booking was already confirmed! Kimberly at the guest checking counter took very good care of me. The location of this is very convenient since it is pretty much close to everything such as theme parks, stores and plenty of places to eat! This is a must visit type of place!

Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

Good value and location for staying  on Disney property.  I stayed one night and got early access into  Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day.  The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay.  Clean room, great amenities

After booking, you can contact customer service for the confirmation code. Link it to the Disney app to get a head start on FastPass+ selections 7 days in advance. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The breakfast isn't expensive either. The environment is quite nice. Around 1000 a night during off-peak season, which is great value for money.

The US is often one of our preferred vacation destinations. This was the first time I've encountered such a successful breakfast. The location feels safe, and there are plenty of places nearby to socialize. However, there are some downsides. The hotel is a bit old. A significant draft comes in through the doors. If you turn on the AC, it's uncomfortable because the direction is fixed, and it's very noisy. Plus, the air-blowing mechanism, no matter how much it's cleaned, is full of dust. The parking is free, and there's always enough space, which isn't an issue. The 24/7 fitness center is great. We only purchased our theme park tickets through guest services, and it ended up being a huge disappointment. We wasted an entire day and couldn't go to the park we originally wanted to because the tickets were sold out. While the hotel itself wasn't directly at fault for this, we were completely messed around by the Holiday Inn timeshare team, and the resulting problems ruined part of our vacation.

Dear Sir or Madam. First I gave my credit card details for a deposit. In fact I was charged $50 and was told that the charge would be canceled within 3 days. Why is this done this way, it doesn't happen to me at other hotels! The food in the morning was poor, there were no vegetables or tuna, garlic, mayonnaise, and most of the food was not that healthy

Hotel Stay Review: Five-Star Rating My stay this time was absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the professional and friendly attitude of the staff made me feel right at home. The room had excellent natural light and was spotlessly clean. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a high-quality sleep. I especially recommend their rooftop breakfast; the ingredients were fresh, and the selection was diverse. Paired with the city views, it was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The location is also superb, within walking distance to the MRT station. Although the price is a bit high, it's definitely great value for money. This will be my top choice for future trips!

Our overall stay was fantastic! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and they even let us check in early, around 9 AM, without any extra charge, which was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. They offer daily turndown service and daily room cleaning, which is a big plus! Definitely recommend this place! There's a swimming pool, and the ambiance is great! The only minor drawback is that the room lighting could be a bit better.

This is an official Disney hotel, and it came with complimentary water park tickets, which was a lot of fun. The room wasn't huge but it was very clean. The AC was ice-cold; even when turned off, it would automatically reactivate to maintain the set temperature. The hotel staff were very friendly, and parking at the Disney theme parks was free by just scanning our room key, which was a fantastic perk.

The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Actually, every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that.
