Holiday Inn & Suites Lanzhou Center Reviews

I enjoyed staying in this Holiday Inn hotel. The staff are super supportive which equates to their exceptional service. The hotel is close to the subway station, busses and taxis. It's very clean and has a nice sunset view. This Holiday Inn at the heart of Lanzhou City comes highly recommended!!

First of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station. The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space. When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked. Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

Walking distance to metro but not very Convenient to the city

The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).

Efficient check in and out, good location, comfortable and spacious room and last bit least, friendly staff.

A really good hotel, in a superb location. The staff helped organise our day trip to the Bingling Scenic Area. The only negative are the elevators - they are so slow 🐌

Upgraded the room for free. Very nice clean room and a great location. If you do laundry here watch the bill. It’s expensive but they do iron your shirts.

Nice 4 international Standard. Nice breakfast! Easy for foreigners!

Very Good Breakfast

The hotel facilities are good. Xiao Jiang, the front desk service, is very considerate and enthusiastic. Because I brought my child, the hotel staff delivered water and children's toiletries in a timely manner. Except that the hotel front desk was difficult to find when I first came to the hotel, everything else was good!

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk lady Jiang was warm and considerate, polite, pretty and slim! She not only provided considerate service, but also took the initiative to add WeChat and reminded me to check in for a room extension, which was very considerate! Such service attitude and professionalism not only made me feel the good atmosphere of the hotel, but also made me feel that they are an important part of the hotel. We should respect their work and appreciate and thank them for their service.

The room is nice, although a bit old, it is well maintained, clean and hygienic, and the cleaning is very good! The only downside is that there is a strong smell of cigarettes in the corridor of the hotel! The location in the center of Lanzhou is also very good, and it is very convenient to go to Gansu Provincial Museum!

The hotel is in a great location, in the commercial center of Lanzhou. It is also very close to the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient. The front desk girl Xiao Guo provided very good service, warm and thoughtful. She also helped me to return the items I left behind when I checked in in time. Very good.

The Nordic style is simple, the room is large, the facilities are complete, the surrounding facilities are convenient and fast, and you can go to Lanzhou Center for shopping and dining in one stop. I have to praise Miss Xiao Jiang in particular for her warm, patient and thoughtful service.
