After putting away our luggage, just as we were about to leave, a hotel staff member said they needed to inspect the room. Since they were hotel staff, we trusted them and agreed without hesitation. We then went out to run errands. When we returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning, we found the room had no power. We contacted the front desk, and about five minutes later, a security guard came with a ladder. He fiddled with the power switch for a few minutes, and the power came back on. However, the power kept coming back on for a few seconds at a time, repeating this cycle for quite some time. For safety reasons, we told the security guard that it was likely a short circuit, which posed a safety hazard. The security guard said it was fine, so we contacted the front desk to request a room change. The front desk agreed and gave us a room without a window. Regarding this incident, I would like to make the following suggestions to the hotel: 1. Do not check-in when the room needs maintenance. Our luggage included computers, tablets, and other electronic devices; did you consider the impact this might have on guests? 2. Did you inspect the room after the maintenance? It caused us to return in the early morning and go through all that trouble.

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable to sleep, and the lighting was good. The facilities are complete and intact, the hot water supply is stable, and the toiletries are practical. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and check-in and check-out are fast. Convenient location, quiet and not noisy, cost-effective, comfortable and satisfactory stay, preferred travel accommodation, highly recommended.

The hotel is close to the Oriental Red Square subway station. Around the subway there are four or five large shopping centers such as Vientiane City. It feels like the center of Lanzhou is on point. Convenient transportation, close to the two pedestrian streets. The room is much more spacious than expected, twice the size of the train station IU hotel. The facilities are complete, the hardware is relatively new, and the sanitation is clean. Overall, it is a better choice in Lanzhou. Will come back later.

The room's natural light is incredible; waking up to the sunshine in the morning is pure bliss! ☀️ 🛁 A detail-oriented person like me is extremely satisfied. - The cleanliness is impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless and incredibly soft to the touch, like lying on a cloud. ☁️ - The facilities are brand new, with a smart toilet, HD TV, and mini-fridge—everything you need for a super convenient stay! - The bathroom has excellent water pressure; hot water comes out instantly. A hot shower instantly washes away all the fatigue of the day. 🚿 💁 The service is incredibly heartwarming. The receptionist was super gentle and made check-in super fast. You'll find yourself surrounded by antique-style buildings right outside the door, and it's also close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The rooms offer panoramic views of the old street. The back door leads directly to the old street night market, where you can sample various local snacks, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
