Hygienic: The room was very clean, with children, disposable sheets were prepared, and the hotel sheets were very clean and useless.
Environment: The hotel environment is very good, the hotel dinner, the restaurant has a large box, the guests are very convenient, the chef's dishes taste is also recommended.
Service: The service is very intimate. We arrived in the afternoon. Because of the delay of the plane, the hotel pick-up staff waited at the airport for 40 minutes. We also prepared water for us in the car. After arriving at the hotel, there was security to help with the luggage. The service is worthy of praise.
Facilities: The hotel has a gym, just to meet the husband of the fitness expert, by the way, let him wash the clothes, social security is new and very assured.

NNamucuodeyuWe took our parents and kids on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel was located in Xigu District, just a short walk from the highway exit. It's a bit far from the city center, but parking is convenient. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and Chen Ji Lanzhou Beef Noodles, which is delicious, is downstairs. As for the hotel environment, it's one of the best I've stayed in among many branded hotels. We booked a family room and a double room. The family room had a children's play area, a small toilet seat, a bathroom footstool, and children's slippers—they couldn't have been more considerate of our little one. It was very cozy, and our child had a great time and said they wanted to come back. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. After showering and washing away the fatigue of our trip, we lay in bed and asked Xiaodu (a smart speaker) to turn on the TV and change the curtains. We also asked the butler to bring us a bowl of porridge for dinner—it couldn't have been more comfortable. Although it was just a short stop in Lanzhou, the hotel experience was very satisfying. One last suggestion: the breakfast could be more varied; not every customer wants to go out for beef noodles. 😀

MM280309****Extremely satisfied with my stay! Hilton's professionalism is unquestionable; the room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The front desk staff smiled during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were new, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!
