SsiyurongThe hotel is located in the busiest area of Xigu District, next to Wanda Plaza and a Hunan restaurant. Parking is very convenient, and the hotel is easily found thanks to its prominent signage.
Upon entering the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent environment and cleanliness. Various snack stalls were set up near the entrance. Two friendly receptionists warmly helped us check in and patiently told us about local delicacies and gave us complimentary souvenirs. Seeing our large thermos, they even brought us three bottles of mineral water, which made us very happy. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and even had disinfectant wipes in the bathroom. Most importantly, they used L'Oreal shampoo, which is a definite plus. They even served us a comforting bowl of white fungus soup in the evening – the service was truly excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. I hope the hotel continues to thrive.

Hygienic: The room was very clean, with children, disposable sheets were prepared, and the hotel sheets were very clean and useless.
Environment: The hotel environment is very good, the hotel dinner, the restaurant has a large box, the guests are very convenient, the chef's dishes taste is also recommended.
Service: The service is very intimate. We arrived in the afternoon. Because of the delay of the plane, the hotel pick-up staff waited at the airport for 40 minutes. We also prepared water for us in the car. After arriving at the hotel, there was security to help with the luggage. The service is worthy of praise.
Facilities: The hotel has a gym, just to meet the husband of the fitness expert, by the way, let him wash the clothes, social security is new and very assured.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay! Hilton's professionalism is unquestionable; the room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

KK-taoziI booked this hotel in a rush the night before my business trip, and it was my first time staying here. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff was efficient, and check-in was quick. Their attitude was also very thoughtful, and they even proactively recommended good local restaurants, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My one-night stay was quite hassle-free, with no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the most pleasant surprise was the local specialties like Jiangshui Bantang and Tianpeizi. They tasted very authentic, not like those perfunctory buffets – it was really satisfying in the morning. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The value for money is great, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

LLili611This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The driver even helped with my luggage. It's also incredibly close to the airport, only a 10-minute drive. The next day, I was rushing to catch an early flight and forgot my earphones in my room. I contacted the front desk, and the driver even made a special trip to bring them to me. I was so grateful! A must-try! Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserTraveling from Chengdu to Lanzhou, I chose the Licheng Ruixuan Hotel under the Gongmao Railway Bureau, and the entire stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is convenient, with ample parking. Although it's necessary to arrive early to secure a parking spot during holidays, it's very friendly to travelers with cars. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Particularly noteworthy is the intelligent robot food delivery service, which is both safe and convenient, adding a lot of technological sophistication and fun to the stay.
What impressed me most was the professional service of Zuo Zuo at the front desk. We were exhausted when we arrived in the early morning, but she was still energetic, smiling warmly, and quickly and efficiently processed our check-in. She also proactively introduced the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, thoughtfully reminding us to get some rest. This meticulous care made us feel incredibly warm and instantly washed away the fatigue of our journey.
Overall, this stay was outstanding in terms of facilities, service, and details, offering excellent value for money. Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is a highly recommended choice, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

The room was large and clean, with a great lighting and sunlight to fill the whole room. The bed was soft, like trapped in a cloud, and I didn't want to get up as soon as I lay on it. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the towels and bath towels are soft and poncho, and they are also equipped with big-name toiletries.

There are many breakfast options, combining Chinese and Western to meet different tastes. The restaurant has an elegant environment and a great dining experience.
