Stunning view from our room facing the sea, also beautiful from the first room in the row of those with a side view assigned to our son right next to ours (double for single use), both adequately comfortable, rich breakfast and dinner of excellent quality, friendly staff, efficient and professional, strategic position on the hotel beach and adjacent to the lively Piazza Aurora and Mazzini, as well as the long central promenade, aesthetically pleasing structure with large internal spaces available to guests! Well-kept beach, clean sea (that, however, is thanks to the location), widely spaced and foldable umbrellas (they are not always found), note that our reservation was for three adults, but occupying two double rooms, without asking, they were assigned to us two umbrellas with four sunbeds obviously side by side as well as the two bedrooms! After the first, good impression, disillusionment quickly follows; a shabby, thinly soundproofed room in the style of a hotel for the hour, the blocked sea view cannot be described as such and the evening meal is like eating in a bad canteen: the food is of the most miserable quality and repeats itself after just 3 days! Described by Dertour as a sea view room (direct or side), we are given the smallest room on the floor in the furthest location of the already small rooms for a stay of almost two weeks, with a completely blocked "side sea view" which, to be honest, cannot be described as such at all. The furnishings seem not to have been renewed since 1960, the old furniture is falling apart and it is so narrow that you can hardly walk around the bed. The ancient shower room has also never been renovated and has hardly any space for one person. At least everything is very clean! After the first evening meal, however, we had great hopes that it would only get better, but unfortunately that was not the case. The starter buffet is raw vegetable salad without any variety. The starters and main courses are repeated after just 3 (!) days. Everything is completely tasteless and the "gourmet half board" doesn't go beyond spaghetti bolognese and Wiener schnitzel from the deep fryer! The cheapest food at a poor canteen level for a lot of money! Simply disgraceful!

Bon hôtel situe en bord de mer avec piscine et sa plage privée. Chambre agréable ,bonne literie , un bon petit déjeuner servi en terrasse face à la mer. Le nombre de places de parking devant l'hôtel est assez limité par rapport à la capacité d'accueil de l'hôtel. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Purtroppo è peggiorato moltissimo da due anni a questa parte per quanto concerne il cibo… sempre ripetitivo e soprattutto se sono al mare vorrei mangiare tanto pesce di mare ovviamente e non la trota che trovo anche a casa mia essendoci tanti laghi… un giorno ragù e giorno dopo lasagnettA, poi di nuovo ragù e lasagnettA… poche proposte e nessuna innovazione…pochissimo personale è troppo stressato e nervoso ( giustamente) Armadio in camera rotto da 4 anni e mai aggiustato. Niente di rinnovato …! Tanti fiori che abbelliscono l’hotel, ma bisognerebbe cambiare altro… peccato! Era il mio punto di riferimento è tutto questo mi dispiace soprattutto per le cameriere e receptionist e…spero cambi qualcosa e migliori un po’!

Schönes Hotel mit Pool direkte Strandlage, Die Shoppingmeile ist eine Querstraße entfernt. Am Pool eine kleine Poolbar mit Getränken, Eis und Snacks. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer etwas klein und schon älter. Eigener Strandabschnitt. TOP: Die Küche. Super Essen mit 4 Gängen und jeweils drei Gerichten zur Auswahl. Schönes umfangreiches Salatbuffett. Parkplatz ist sehr beengt.

Die Ankunft war vielversprechend. Kaum auf dem Parkplatz, war schon der Mann mit dem Kofferwagen da. Beim Check-In Wunde uns der Zimmerschlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. Kein Willkommensgruß, keine Frage nach Liegestuhlplätzen am Strand. Überhaupt nicht professionell und einem 4-Sternehotel angemessen. Wichtiger war, dass das Auto wegkommt. Wir wurden zu einer leerstehenden Halle gefahren und dort wurde das Fahrzeug abgestellt. Okay, lieber dort, als auf dem engen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Im Zimmer angekommen, Enttäuschung pur. Ein Minizimmer, zwar mit Balkon direkt zum Meer (Aufpreis 10€ pro Person und Tag) und einem alten Minibad mit einer Minidusche, deren Türen ca. 40cm aufgeschoben werden konnten. Ein uralter Safe in der Wand, ebenfalls miniklein. Zum Laden der Handys etc. mussten wir die Lampen ausstecken, da es keine Steckdosen gab. Das angebliche Highspeed-Wlan funktionierte auf dem Zimmer fast nie und ab 22 Uhr gar nicht mehr. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut, nur den Balkon hat sie nie betreten. Das Frühstück war solala, hat uns nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Toll war, dass man auf der Terrasse zum Meer frühstücken konnte. Wir hatten Halbpension für 21€ pro Person und Tag dazugebucht. Das war es nie wert! Es gab ein Salatbuffet und wenn man später kam, konnte es sein, dass nix mehr da war. Es wurde nicht nachgelegt. Antipasti gab es überhaupt nicht, was durch den Gruß aus der Küche nicht wettgemacht werden konnte. Der erste und der zweite Gang wurden serviert, schmeckten teilweise nach gar nichts. Teilweise gab es Gerichte drei Tage lang. Okay war die Dessertauswahl. Allerdings sollte man in einem 4-Sternehotel erwarten können, dass der Service in der Lage ist, eine Weinflasche richtig zu öffnen und zu servieren. Den Korkenzieher ansetzen und den Verschluss mit dann mit den Fingern abmachen, geht gar nicht. Ebenfalls fanden wir die Getränkepreise zu hoch. Bei der Abreise haben wir bezahlt und gingen. Ob wir wiederkommen oder ob es uns gefallen hat? Es hat keiner gefragt und es hat keinen interessiert, leider. Dabei ist die Lage des Hotels super. Direkt am Strand und neben deg Piazza Aurora. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass der Hotelier noch möglichst viel rausholen möchte, in das Hotel investieren jedoch nicht. Für das Minizimmer ist der Preis zu hoch. Da denke ich, dass wir für diesen Preis was besseres finden
