Hotel San Michele

I stayed in this hotel for one night and I must say that it was a pleasant discovery. Basic but clean room, friendly staff and good quality breakfast with sweet and savory options. The only negative note is the wellness area with Turkish bath and Kneipp path not working but it is an aspect that has a marginal impact on the overall stay. I absolutely recommend it.

Hotel in an excellent location between the beach and the centre, we have stayed there several times and it has never disappointed us. Beautiful rooms, spacious and spotless, quiet and therefore excellent for resting! Definitely sumptuous buffet breakfast, sweet and savory, very refined restaurant, ad hoc menu for children. The swimming pool is very beautiful and also has bar service. For the little ones, small swimming pool, play area and entertainment. Staff and owners are always very kind, and smiles at the end of the season are not so obvious! Thanks for everything and see you next summer!

Clean hotel with good entertainment for the little ones, restaurant that certainly does not reflect a 4 star in terms of service and staff, good food but little choice... Parking a bit small and if you need to move you have to organize it with the reception.room clean and average. Nice swimming pool but poorly followed in cleaning, very good bar area where they have quick and good cocktails.

disappointing, we had been 3 years ago, we returned but this time we were disappointed first and foremost by the cuisine, including the service. The cleanliness of the rooms (very slow sink drain, empty soap dispensers upon arrival) and other things of the kind that shouldn't be there in a well-kept hotel. I was looking for a super relaxing holiday and had already spotted this hotel last year! 3 wonderful days! The staff was always helpful, kind and always worried if everything was ok or if there was a problem. They give you the opportunity to lend you a bike for a ride in Bibione. Outdoor swimming pool suitable for children. Classic family hotel but they certainly didn't make me feel uncomfortable (since I was alone). Certainly for next year I might give it some thought and return, taking full board into consideration (since the difference between half board and full board is just a few euros). The reservation obviously includes parking space and space on the beach. Large rooms and all newly renovated. The fixtures are excellent, considering that the nearby clubs play music in the evening until late at night. Congratulations to all the staff!!!

We have just returned from a weekend at this hotel and had a great time. Nice room of the right size with excellent cleanliness. We really liked the double swimming pool with the shallower one suitable for smaller children. Wide and comfortable beach with sunbeds far apart from each other so that children can play in peace. Good restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. We recommend it!

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for ten days! Impeccable cleanliness, excellent location, good food, always friendly staff and owner! It would have been a perfect holiday if it hadn't been for the "entertainment" guys (if you can call it that) who were always listless and disorganized. The timetables were never respected, as were the activities. Many times they didn't even do them. I asked one of the girls for explanations and she responded in a rude and annoyed way. Having brought this to the attention of the head entertainer, he apologized, saying that they were tired of the season and that the activities were not being done because there was no one there (which was absolutely not true). I recommend the hotel but don't expect real entertainment, but only four guys who are novices and with little desire to do anything. It's a shame because they ruin the image of the hotel.

That it was the "bad luck" of having been there at the end of the season, but our holiday did not live up to expectations. My partner and I are from the sector, perhaps for this reason a little more critical... but having chosen the most expensive hotel of the same category in the surrounding area, we definitely expected more. The property is in an excellent location, a few steps from the sea and the center and is also quite beautiful. Let's start with the room, a Suite... which cannot be defined as such only due to the presence of a sofa. Aesthetically it was also nice, but it lacked a lot of rather basic comforts... from the waste bin in the room, the sun loungers on the terrace, to the herbal teas with cups and sugar next to the kettle, to the newspaper that would have been included in the rate. Also the main point of our disappoin**ent, the cleanliness. On the evening of arrival (around 10pm) we reported the dirty bathroom, the sticky desk and in short, the room clearly needed disinfecting. Given the late hour, we reported it in the morning, reported it again in the afternoon after the review... well, we left after 3 days and the sticky patch on the bidet is still exactly as we found it. We chose the structure mainly for the comfort that a "family hotel" should give to a family that escapes for three days with a little girl... baby food, broths, sauces suitable for weaning always ready, changing table and bottle warmer in the room. Since it was also our first holiday as a threesome, we wrote 2/3 emails to make sure we had these services, the most important for us! Here too, disappoin**ent. Arriving in the room late in the evening with the hungry little one we had to request the bottle warmer which was not present, the changing table never arrived, in the restaurant they did not have small baby food or sauces to season it, luckily I had brought my own anyway. One evening I ask for a past and they tell me that there is only minestrone...since the little girl eats pureed things, the only solution was to blend the minestrone in paper for adults (with seasoning in tow). For the love of God, the little girl is a glutton and she liked it, but if there had been a child who was intolerant to onion or more delicate... perhaps a slightly more experienced head nurse would be needed. The lady present these days only showed up to us on the last day and just because she had the rank in hand, but she had very little desire to hear the opinions of the guests and give them an extra smile ( if not for a select few). Let's move on to the beach, private to the hotel. We have known Bibione for years and the cleanliness, size and width of the beach has always been the highlight. Here too, it's absurd how a small stretch of such a beautiful beach is left to chance...no one who cleaned disinfected anything, our umbrella had the floor dirty with ice cream from the first day and it remained like this until our departure, the people crowded together next to each other (and of
