I really enjoyed my stay the room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the city. The location is great close to the old town and main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall it felt like excellent value for money.

三個人就要了個兩間房的套間，在一個小區裏，似乎整棟住宅樓都是客房，樓下停車位比較滿，晚來不好找車位，屋裡設施齊全

酒店為公寓式，房間寬敞明亮，落地窗和大陽台，採光和視野良好。床鋪舒適，洗漱用品齊全，適合長住。前台服務態度熱情周到，還幫我訂購了千古情門票（有折扣），酒店周邊環境安靜適合長住。酒店距離麗江古城有點路程，適合自駕遊客，停車方便且免費，樓下有慢充樁和快充。

櫃子門板上一撮頭髮和垃圾的混合物，陽台都是蜘蛛網，地面不讓停車找了保安，保安説讓找酒店，酒店直接一句她們沒有辦法，讓自己給保安説，沒有一點為顧客服務的意識，大早上整個酒店停電了，還好電梯有點，要不還得扛着行李下樓

定的三人房兩張床下午五點到了沒有高樓層房間了衹有一樓一樓很吵説讓我們移步至旁邊的曼格拉酒店剛到酒店衞生很差地上有煙頭被單是臟的跟我們説兩個酒店格局都是一樣的客廳放個床兩個卧室兩個床一共三個床實物與圖片完全不符

酒店距離古城區有一點距離，也是優點，遠離喧囂，比較安靜。酒店所在的區域全是酒店，應該是麗江開發的一個遊客集散地，每個酒店一棟樓，環境還不錯。衞生沒啥問題，但是有蚊子。很氣憤的事，半夜一點多，隔壁房間的孩子上躥下跳，噪音很大，直接吵醒。

房間很乾凈，床也特別舒服，隔音比較好，能安靜的入睡，以前都是住商務類型的酒店，這次選擇了這裏體驗很不錯。酒店的裝修，配套的設施都很不錯，大家可以來體驗一下。一定會是不錯的選擇。

超出預期的舒適入住體驗🌟 這次入住栢雅朵酒店真的太太驚喜了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的用心——前台小姐姐笑容超甜，辦理入住速度超快，還主動介紹了周邊的美食攻略，好感度瞬間拉滿～房間是我最滿意的部分！預訂的大床房空間超寬敞，裝修是簡約温馨的風格，床單被套乾淨得帶着陽光味，枕頭軟硬度剛好，睡了一晚直接消除了旅途疲憊。衞生間乾濕分離做得很到位，熱水秒出，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香型，連吹風機風力都很足，細節控表示一本滿足！早餐種類也很豐富，中式粥粉面、西式麪包咖啡、新鮮水果全都有，熱菜口感在線，服務員會及時補餐收餐具，完全不會亂糟糟。酒店位置也很方便，離地鐵站步行5分鐘，周邊吃飯逛街都不愁，晚上回酒店特別安靜，完全不吵。退房時前台還送了小伴手禮，是當地的特色零食，超貼心～性價比這麼高的酒店真的不多見，下次來這邊絕對還選這家，已經安利給朋友啦！👍
