A truly pleasant stay! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Lijiang Ancient Town. The staff were warm and attentive. Our room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were new. When an electrical issue came up in our room, they immediately arranged a room change for us. We could even lie in bed and enjoy views of the snow-capped mountains. The staff can also help arrange tours to Yulong Snow Mountain if needed.

Location: The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around by taxi. Facilities: The facilities include a Tmall Genie smart home system, and you can even project your photos. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, definitely up to standard. Highlight: A major highlight is the large rooftop garden terrace – it's such a relaxing spot to unwind. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was very handsome and incredibly helpful. A solid five-star service!

Misleading. Advertised as snow mountain view, but no view , except back of other buildings. Front desk service is quite rude. On the good side, location is good , walking to ancient town. Lots of eateries.

We loved staying in this hotel. It is a short walk away from Lijiang old town, which is absolutely beautiful. The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, he asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned during our stay and recommended itineraries for us. Our room was nice and cosy and the projector was really cool. The view from the rooftop bar was also awesome!

All the hotel staff are really friendly and nice! Easy check in and check out. Room is clean and has all the necessities needed. There is also free local breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Li Jiang (it is very near 丽江古城, walkable).

I really enjoyed my stay in Lijiang, the three receptionist I came across were all really nice and helpful, making the stay extra special :) The room is very clean and spacious, the pillows are extremely comfortable!! The location is really convenient, just a short walk to Lijiang Old Town. The DiDi drivers can stop right in front of the Inn, making it really easy to check-in and check-out.
