The best hotel service I've ever experienced in China. From the arrival, the staff does everything possible to make your stay as satisfying and comfortable as possible. For instance, one arrived, during the registration of the passport, you're set to wait in the tea room with tea and cookies, personalised slippers are waiting in your room, warm milk is delivered at night with a note, etc. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is as soft as a cloud.
