The location of the hotel is very central, convenient for dining and shopping. The apartment hotel is beautifully decorated, the room is large and the tableware is complete. The only drawback is that disposable slippers were not provided.

Good location and convenient for traveling. The room is not too small and clean. The breakfast was average, but the coffee machine can be used all day long, which is still very good. There are billiards facilities where you can compete with friends. The front desk service is warm and the English communication is barrier-free.

The only downside was that the bed was two separate beds that we put together and that posed a problem for us because it soon separated into two

Everything is perfect in this hotel. An old school, the building and the decoration have a lot of charm. It's very quiet, a few minutes from Lille train station. The breakfast is just as perfect. Very, very friendly staff.

We stayed in this warm and very well located hotel (near the square); The welcome from the staff is very friendly, particularly the hostess Tania who took great care and whom we thank very much! The rooms are clean and there is plenty of storage, the kitchen is well appointed (teapot, kettle, dishwasher, etc.) We will come back with pleasure 👍

Nice hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Convenient & comfortable place to stay if you’re in Lille for a couple of nights.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were dirty in corners, hairs on accent pillows, limited extra pillows and no additional available at front desk. Terrible smell from drain, dishwasher in kitchen.

Really good - good location, nice clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond - huge thank you to the cleaning and reception staff who were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Free coffee in the morning from the ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine and soy milk available. Very good value

Easy access to city centre. Quiet accommodation. Very polite staff members. Adrien at the Reception desk was always very positive, helpful and friendly with customers.

Great location with plenty of room, lovely staff and felt very secure. Plenty of bars and restaurants on its door step so don't feel like it's lacking in the car department plus you can utilise the kitchen

Staff were especially friendly. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable and close to everything. Highly recommended.
