Great location .Weekends are nosy though .Breakfast was brilliant .Rooms are ok

The room was okay, though quite small and cramped. The location was good, and the price was reasonable. However, on the second day, housekeeping gave us awful quality toilet paper, and the hotel didn't even acknowledge the issue. Speechless.

The location is pretty good, conveniently situated near Greenwich town center, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and dining options within easy reach. It's particularly convenient for those visiting the nearby Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and the University of Greenwich. The Royal Observatory is also close by, roughly a 20-minute walk or an 8-10 minute drive. However, the hotel's facilities are quite basic and a bit dated. The room size was adequate, and the bathroom was rather standard. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, especially for a business trip.

It’s a bit away from the city center, but it was definitely a restaurant with an amazing view. The breakfast on the 32nd floor was very satisfying and made for a great start to the day. The only regret is that I couldn’t use the swimming pool.

Very disappointed with this hotel, public areas good but room not up to it's name of Executive room. On inspection dust and rubbish under bed, bad tear on arm of sofa and broken door one cupboard. Bath and wash hand basin could be cleaner, not keen to use Novotel again.

Nice hotel close to the station. The bath was odd as it had no plug. Also, not many charger sockets.

The hotel was spotless and overall excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Next to Greenwich rail station, only 1 min walk, also next to Greenwich market and park, a good place to stay

Brilliantly hotel for the price. Good clean room, wonderfully helpful staff, good breakfast and fantastic location. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely return again
