Hotel is 360 degrees worth. Room, service, food, location: very good. From Heathrow airport take Elisabeth line + light train, walk 100 mt and you are arrived. To Stansted airport take the bus at 100 mt and in 20min you are at Stratford station. Walk for 100 mt and you are connected with the City. Strongly suggested.

Clean room, with double bed, window, TV , free internet, kettle, hair dryer, peaceful and quite . The hotel is attached with a restaurant where you can by drinks and nice food . In just 2-4 minutes (walking distance) is Asda supermarket and DLR station

The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from DLR Beckton. The hotel has only one restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The closest shops are McDonald's, Asda supermarket, Li Tao Yuan Restaurant and other small shops within a 6-minute walk. If the hotel needs to clean the room, it must notify the front desk before noon that day. As a result, after the notification, I returned to the room that night and found that the room was not cleaned. In addition, the front desk staff has a good attitude and is willing to answer guests' questions.

Very clean and tidy, very close to the bus station, very convenient

I stayed two nights with my husband and my two daughters (one an infant) and my niece. The staff were very welcoming at reception - giving the girls a balloon and biscuits each. We were able to take extra tea and coffee from the reception if we felt we needed it. Our room was very clean and it was in a quiet area but the only downside is that it was like a maze to get to which made it difficult with the children and the amount of luggage. The room was spacious, even with the cot set up in it. The hotel has the DLR on its doorstep which made it easy to get to the Excel arena and central London. We had breakfast both mornings which was good quality and a good price for the 5 of us. We will definitely return here.

Love premier inn hotels always easy and great for a quick holiday or time away i use primer inn for everything when going down to visit family in England rooms are fab, breakfast and lunch are good these do need to be paid separately though beds are really comfy you have everything that you need to stay in your room prices are reasonable also, the only thing is with some of these hotels they don't give free parking which is rubbish

Wasn't impressed at all used to go there all the time when I lived in Beckton and it was good, the food was awful my mums fish was a soggy mess on the plate plus got a parking ticket as didn't see the signs ..won't be going back again which is a Shame as used to be really good for the area

Me and my mother are staying here because of unfortunate circumstances. We were made welcomed for the first night. The staff are so welcoming and polite. All the staff have made my mother comfortable at all times. The choices of breakfast and dinner are superb The place is clean, quiet, we have air con and the bed is amazing. We always get a good night's sleep every day. A big Thanks to @Francis @Mandy @Pranaya @Neringa @Irena @Birute @Alexandra @James @Emmanuel. We appreciate, you kindness.

The room was nice, clean and had everything we wanted: airco, nice badroom, tea and coffee facilities, good towels, best matras and pillows, good hairdryer, ... But wat we loved most was the kind help and friendlyness of the ladies at the reception.

The room was good, coffee and tea as much as you like, nice soap, soft big white towels, very good matras, airco works and is very easy to set. Every tiptop. But what we enjoyed most are the very friendly girls at the reception: Alexandra and Neringa. They helped us with everything: luggage, internetproblems, parking...Neringa was there every evening and always had a friendly welcome and a smile for us.

I arrived at Beckton Première Inn on 8 th May 2024. I was Welcomed by Alexandra and Neringa. The check in was fun and very professional. They helped to solve all our problems. Dringend our stay they were always there with good advice. I travel a lot but never was treated so good as by these ladies. 3 weeks ago I was at the Hilton in Rotterdam and the welcome there couldn´t even tip to the warm welcome we got here. Première inn is lucky to have such a staff as NERINGA and Alexandra . These two ladies would be a reason to come back to Beckton Première inn. We will miss them.

My overall stay was fairly impressthe staff on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The staff explained all the guidelines regarding parking.
