Arran house hotel was excellent! It’s conveniently located near top tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring. They have a luggage storage area, which was very helpful, and even assisted us in booking a taxi to our next stop. A special shoutout to the staff for retrieving my lost AirPods after I checked out—they went above and beyond to ensure I got them back safely. Highly recommend this place!

Clean rooms , receptionists were super friendly But it doesn't have elevator so take if you have a lot of luggage you may face some hardships with it

Service in the hotel was very nice and welcoming, good communication before arriving . Rooms are quite old-fashioned, there was no soap in the top bathroom. And I didn't like the mould in upstairs shower. Breakfast was very present. Perfect location if you come into London. 

Perfect for solo travellers that are travelling on a budget but don't like the idea of staying in hostel / dormitories. It's located close to under ground as well as being in walking distance to almost all of central London's landmarks , museums, markets and shopping district. Room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. You can also choose to store suitcases and baggage before and after check in which was great! Only con about this place is there is no elevator so bags must be carried up stairs.

Good: breakfast with fresh fruits, veg, yoghurt, boiled eggs, salami, bread, pastries and wide choices of cereals and tea. Spacious room, helpful and friendly staff. Coffee and tea in room with an electric water kettle Bad: toilet super small. Hard to sit on the toilet bowl or turn around in the shower area. Shower area has been broken and water splashed out . Radiator frequently sounded like someone's drilling on the wall, so we stopped it and room could not be heated up We booked for a double room but stayed in a family room, so the room is spacious but the toilet seems far much smaller than the one we saw in the photo of the double room

While the location is very good, easy access to most place of interest. The staff is amazing but the room lacked some facilities Nevertheless we enjoyed our stayed.

This hotel not suitable for couples, single guests and not required shower or toilet can stay. Room was too small, twin room bed only can vertical. Anyway not good for us to stay

Good location

The hotel is very conveniently located near the station and the University of London. The service staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable. The disadvantage of the triple room is that there is no separate toilet and bathroom. The overall evaluation is very good. If you choose a hotel with a low price, you can consider it.

The first day they didn't make the bed, they just stretched it and they didn't change the towels during the stay.
