The Hilton brand is well established, so I expected better. I asked the front desk for water, because we weren't available for room turndown service, and the young lady told me "you can get water at the bar" in other words, they're so about your money, that every opportunity they have to squeeze you will be quickly applied. FYI, unless you're okay with $12 matcha latte's from their lobby cafe, $95 for two choices of cheap cabernet and $32 steak quesadillas, find a better way to spend your vacation dollars.
