房間設施陳舊，衞生一般，沒有電梯，價格與總體情況不相符。但考慮是觀胡楊林的旺季，可以接受。

房間很一般，但是價格確實很經濟，周圍交通方便，房間內還算乾淨，就是比較舊。吃飯的地方附近也很多。出差臨時休息下可以。

賓館位置得天獨厚，對面就是漢唐美食一條街，樓下的停車場稍微有點小，但是設施稍顯陳舊，不過價格很優惠，建議將賓館重新裝修一下，並且提高服務的質量，會有更好的表現。
