The service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird "singing" in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

The lady at the front desk was asleep when we arrived which could've been managed better if I was told that they don't have somewhere there 24 hours. She said she called me but I checked my phone and got no calls. The rooms felt dirty but then again the hotel was cheap and right on the mountain.

Overall, I am very satisfied with everything. The hotel upgraded the room for free and provided refreshments.
Catering: The breakfast is acceptable, the variety is medium, and the taste is not bad. As for lunch and dinner, the hotel did a good job, much better than the restaurants I ate in the town.
