"I chose the right hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. The executive lounge, in particular, has a wonderful ambiance. They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"The front desk service was excellent. From check-in to check-out, every time I approached them with a question, they were enthusiastic and thorough in their answers. Any requests I made were actively addressed. They're a very young and vibrant team. Besides the slightly underperforming air conditioning in the lobby, the entire trip was perfect. I also discovered that the hotel's Chinese restaurant is very delicious."

"”Service is not 'resply to any request', but 'wants to be in front of guests'. Before we could open our mouths, the concierge took the initiative to help us remove the luggage from the car and send it to the room. When it rained, the lobby staff prepared umbrellas at the door in advance. Every time we met the staff, they gave them sincere smiles and greetings. This kind of hospitality from the heart is impressive."

"We were quite apprehensive after seeing so many negative reviews, so we went in with a 'go with the flow' attitude. Our butler, No. 2, was incredibly helpful. Someone even met us specifically at the pier. They were always responsive to our needs. Since we had a baby, they prepared a baby cot for us in advance and kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time. The pier transfers were also very convenient; they helped us transport our luggage to the lobby as we had a lot with the baby. Overall, we weren't really dissatisfied with anything. The lady at the front desk, Chenxiang, was so lovely and lucky; the baby immediately went to her when she held out her arms! 😄 The portions at the restaurant were huge, which really surprised me! 🫶🏻 We didn't get to ride in the legendary pickup truck though! 😄 To be fair, the soundproofing isn't great, but after all the walking and prayers, we were so tired that we fell asleep instantly. So grateful!"

"On the day of my trip, there was heavy fog and rain, causing multiple changes to the ferry schedule. I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It's super close to Puji Temple and offers butler service and pier transfers, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The annex building is beautifully traditional, and our room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely Zen ambiance. I especially enjoyed the seating area on the veranda – perfect for admiring the old trees and escaping the heat during the day, and for a peaceful nap listening to the rain at night. A wonderful surprise was finding out the hotel has its own Zen hall where you can attend classes, and a cultural exhibition hall with truly beautiful displays."

"Staying at the Zhoushan Greentown Sheraton Hotel My partner and I chose the Zhoushan Greentown Sheraton Hotel for our recent short trip. We booked a deluxe city-view king room, and our one-night stay far exceeded my expectations. From the facilities and cleanliness to the staff's service, everything was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. It was truly a memorable experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel very convenient. The surrounding transportation is smooth, whether you want to take a stroll by the sea or head into the city for shopping and dining. Upon arrival, the hotel's grand and well-maintained exterior, with its extensive greenery, immediately impressed us. The lobby felt high-end and spacious, with simple yet elegant decor and soft lighting that created a very inviting atmosphere without feeling oppressive. Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and communicated patiently and thoroughly. They quickly completed the registration and thoughtfully informed us about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and other important details. The service was professional and appropriate, with no lengthy waits. Our deluxe city-view king room was spacious and well-arranged. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep that helped alleviate fatigue after a day of travel. The room's amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with stable water pressure in the bathroom, quick hot water, and a full set of toiletries. The city view from the window was expansive, allowing us to enjoy the urban landscape in our free time. The room also had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night and a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, balancing both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot-on, catering to various dietary preferences. The restaurant service was attentive, and dishes were replenished promptly. We also enjoyed walking around the hotel's beautifully landscaped grounds, which provided great photo opportunities. As a couple, the atmosphere here was just right – not overly noisy, yet not dull or boring. The hotel's attention to detail was evident throughout, reflecting thoughtful management. We encountered no frustrating issues during our stay. Both the quality of the facilities and the staff's service truly lived up to the Sheraton brand standards. If I travel to Zhoushan again, I would still prioritize staying at the Greentown Sheraton and would gladly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Zhoushan. It's an excellent choice for couples, business travelers, or families on a short vacation."

"My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room upon check in. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Rose and 阿真 for helping to book the taxi from hotel to ferry wharf using their DiDi app. I was facing issues with the app at that time. Though the hotel does provide complimentary transport to the ferry wharf but it is only 1 fixed schedule which is at 8am and is on a first come first serve basis. It was fully booked on the day we wanted to go to the wharf."

"We booked a sea-view family room, and the service was genuinely excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, someone helped us with our luggage and directed us to check-in. During check-in, they kept offering to upgrade us to a higher floor room with a better sea view, but because the upgraded room didn't have bunk beds, and my child really wanted to sleep on bunk beds, we didn't switch. After checking in, they also asked if it was convenient to add a butler. Adding the butler was incredibly helpful. Our room included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, but we were 3 adults and 1 child. Without a word, the butler immediately upgraded our breakfast to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. She also gave great recommendations for travel questions and nearby restaurants and reminded us about breakfast times. It's a shame the weather wasn't good during our stay; it was cloudy the whole time, so we didn't get to see the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool. As for the water park, even though my child was over the 1.2m height requirement, there were still some rides he was a bit scared to try. However, the shows at both the water park and amusement park were very entertaining, and my child didn't want to leave. The staff member who helped us purchase additional tickets for these two parks was also very considerate, advising us on the most cost-effective way to do so. The service and environment are truly outstanding. If I visit Zhoushan again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."

"Our stay and experience were excellent. We've traveled to many places with our 14-month-old, and our trip to Zhoushan was by far the most relaxing. The hotel has a large lawn where our child could play freely, and Dongsha Beach was also a hit with the little one. We had to take a shuttle to get to our room, but it was always on time, and our child loved riding it! 😄 The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, which turned out great. Our child was very cooperative, and the photos were lovely. The only downside was that adding extra photos was a bit expensive, so we only picked three. It would be great if they could be more affordable in the future. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhoushan!!!"
