There are many malls and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to go for a stroll or find good food in the evening without having to travel far. The hotel's overall environment is clean and tidy. The lobby is grand and stylish, with a minimalist yet high-quality design. I constantly saw staff maintaining the public areas, and the floors were spotless. The corridors were quiet and peaceful, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The room space exceeded my expectations; it was spacious and not cramped. The large windows provided excellent natural light and ventilation, making the room bright and airy. The bed was perfectly soft, incredibly relaxing after a long day of traveling, and I slept soundly at night. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, TV, and WiFi, all in good working order. I couldn't find any fault with the cleanliness; it was meticulously done, not just on the surface but also in every corner and crevice. The toiletries were of good quality, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Special thanks to Lester, whose service was exceptional. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, with no delays. He was gentle and polite, always smiling, and patiently answered any questions I had, helping promptly. His sincerity was evident in the details, not just superficial politeness. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hot food was kept warm, and the taste was to my liking. I left feeling full and energized every day before heading out to explore. For the price, the facilities, cleanliness, and attentive service are truly excellent value for money. My entire stay was flawless and far exceeded my expectations. It's a quiet and livable place, making for a worry-free stay. This hotel has already been added to my top accommodation choices, and I will definitely book here again next time. "On the day of my trip, there was heavy fog and rain, causing multiple changes to the ferry schedule. I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!"

"For my Zhoushan trip, I decisively chose to stay at the Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel, and the overall experience was truly amazing. It definitely lives up to its reputation as a top-tier hotel in Zhoushan. My entire stay was comfortable and delightful; whether it was the environment, cleanliness, or service, everything completely met five-star standards. A perfect experience! The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated in the core area of Lincheng, making transportation very convenient. There's ample parking for self-driving guests, which is very convenient. It's an appropriate distance from major scenic spots and terminals, making trips to Putuoshan and Zhujiajian worry-free. The surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The lobby is high-end and grand, spacious yet elegant, with a lightly luxurious and stable overall decor that creates a fantastic ambiance. The staff are highly professional; upon entering, a bellhop proactively guided me, and the front desk staff, particularly Fantay, handled my check-in quickly and efficiently. Their service was gentle and meticulous, with a friendly and polite attitude. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and the entire service was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel incredibly comfortable. The guest rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, with a logical layout, excellent natural light, and great views. The room was spotlessly clean, with meticulous attention to hygiene details; there was no dust in the corners and no unpleasant odors. The bedding was clean, soft, dry, and tidy. Sheraton's bedding is incredibly comfortable; the mattress has the perfect firmness, making it very stress-relieving to lie on, ensuring a sound and peaceful night's sleep. The room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning was silent and kept a consistent temperature, the internet speed was stable, and the toiletries were high-quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with ample hot water, making for a very comfortable showering experience. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, providing strong room privacy. The environment at night was extremely quiet, with no disturbance from hallway noise, leading to very high-quality rest. The hotel's amenities are very comprehensive; the gym and pool facilities are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. I could exercise and relax during my leisure time, making it very suitable for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast quality exceeded expectations even more. The dishes were rich and fresh, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a full range of Chinese and Western options. There were also authentic local Zhoushan snacks. Ingredients were freshly replenished daily, with a wide variety of choices, including fruits, desserts, and beverages. The taste was excellent and suitable for all ages. The overall stay experience was extremely satisfying. The hotel's hardware was top-notch, it was clean, the service was warm-hearted, and the location was superb. The overall value for money is very competitive among five-star hotels in Zhoushan. It's incredibly suitable for couples, family holidays, or short trips. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It's super close to Puji Temple and offers butler service and pier transfers, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The annex building is beautifully traditional, and our room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely Zen ambiance. I especially enjoyed the seating area on the veranda – perfect for admiring the old trees and escaping the heat during the day, and for a peaceful nap listening to the rain at night. A wonderful surprise was finding out the hotel has its own Zen hall where you can attend classes, and a cultural exhibition hall with truly beautiful displays."

"We were quite apprehensive after seeing so many negative reviews, so we went in with a 'go with the flow' attitude. Our butler, No. 2, was incredibly helpful. Someone even met us specifically at the pier. They were always responsive to our needs. Since we had a baby, they prepared a baby cot for us in advance and kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time. The pier transfers were also very convenient; they helped us transport our luggage to the lobby as we had a lot with the baby. Overall, we weren't really dissatisfied with anything. The lady at the front desk, Chenxiang, was so lovely and lucky; the baby immediately went to her when she held out her arms! 😄 The portions at the restaurant were huge, which really surprised me! 🫶🏻 We didn't get to ride in the legendary pickup truck though! 😄 To be fair, the soundproofing isn't great, but after all the walking and prayers, we were so tired that we fell asleep instantly. So grateful!"

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise during our trip! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded our room. The sea view from the room was amazing, and the overall stay was very comfortable. I also have to praise the breakfast – it was a fantastic surprise! There was a wide variety of options, and everything tasted great. I highly recommend the small wontons; they have thin wrappers and generous fillings. In terms of location, it's very close to Putuo Tiandi, which has lots of dining, drinking, and entertainment options. It's about a 15-minute drive from Zhujiajian Port, so if you're planning to go to Mount Putuo, it's best to allow some extra time."

"Our Zhoushan trip was incredibly satisfying! The hotel lobby is beautiful, and every staff member, including the handsome young men who helped with luggage at the entrance and the shuttle bus drivers, was incredibly welcoming. The Jiangnan courtyard room is gorgeous, and the hotel's mini-bar is well-stocked. We even had a guest relations specialist call us in advance to confirm our itinerary and inform us about hotel activities. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, and the outdoor hot spring allows you to soak while listening to the sound of the waves. It was a fantastic experience, and we'll definitely stay here again."

"My fourth visit to the hotel for dinner. The food is always outstanding with a great selection of fresh seafood which Zhoushan is famous for and arguably the best seafood in China.  This was my first stay in the hotel.  a minor issue with my air-conditioning was fixed incredibly quickly. would happily stay again"
