Arenal Suites Gran Via

We had a great time staying at Arenal Gran Via. Our host Maria contacted us ahead of time and asked us about our arrival time. She sent me detailed directions before our arrival. We were allowed to store our luggage in our room even before the check in time. Upon departure, she helped store our luggage and called the taxi. She was very responsive and usually replied within a few minutes. The property is clean, safe and conveniently located at a central location. We will definitely stay here again!

This appar**ent building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appar**ent, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didn’t love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!

Unfortunately a stay with great potential - ruined. We arrived at the property exactly on the time advised - only to wait around for 20 minutes to get in as they thought someone else would be available to let us in. The apar**ent and location is very good - but its sold as a sound proof room and unfortunately its far from that. The noise in the main bedroom made it unusable. Traffic noise both from just outside, and the main road. We messaged the hotel after day 2 and got no response. Day 3 on checking out - we messaged again only to be told it might be because of parties in the local area which is just false information. There is clearly a fault with the room we stayed in and the hotel did nothing about it. Submitting a claim afterwards - the hotel are not budging saying everything was fine - ********** are hiding behind not being the provider of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The location and apar**ent itself is pretty good - but it is sold as a sound proofed room and it is far from that. The external noise in the main bedroom made it unusable. 4am - the noise from the external roads was constant - there is clearly a fault with the room. Day 2 texting the hotel - they didn’t respond. Day 3 they suggested there may be parties causing noise - which is just false information. Both the hotel and hotels.con refused to take any responsibility or properly look into the issues. Not recommended.

The apar**ent was spacious, I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. Close to Plaza Mayor which was a definite bonus. The staff along with Christian were very nice and accomodating. They took our luggage so we could explore the city as soon as we got to Madrid.

I was very glad that the toilets had grab bars for seniors. The apar**ent was spotless.

Great location, clean, spacious and like new condition. The only down side is that the unit we stayed faces the street and it was a bit noisy at night.

Great location, prompt service, large space and fully functional kitchen with washing machine.

These apar**ents are perfect for comfort , privacy and comfort. A real home from home with very professional support over WhatsApp if and when needed. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
