I booked 2 rooms, quite small but well organized.
What's beyond absurd was the lock of my door was broken so I got locked outside of my own room on New Year's Eve!
I had to go to my friend's room and called front desk, but he pretended he didn't understand and kept asking me was it the interconnecting door couldn't open.
Come on, there's no interconnecting door between room 620 and 619!! Be professional ok?!
Finally he said he would send someone up to fix it, then I waited for 10mins and no one showed up.
After I made the second call and still no one showed up, I decided to come down to the reception in my PAJAMAS! Yes I was locked outside of my room for more than 10 mins in my pajamas in winter!!! And the man at the front desk who answered my call was very arrogant and told me “our hotel is fully booked today, we have to attend to so many needs".
I was outrages at his word. Doesn't your hotel have some kind of procedures to decide what kind of request from guests is urgent and need to be dealt with in priority? Is someone got locked outside of their room is lowest priority compare to someone requesting a shower cap something?
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN HOTELS AROUND THE WORLD!
