They have wonderful service. The location is good for being near the airport but if you want to go anywhere touristy you have to hop on the metro for a few stops so not too bad. The shuttle to the airport was the best made it so easy to get to the airport for my early morning flight. (Pics are a few things I saw in Madrid)

Clean room, expensive restaurant friendly staff and free shuttle to and from the Airport. However hardly any restaurants in walking distance from the hotel…

Excellent hotel, the room was spacious and clean, location is convenient for a short trip to Madrid and close to the airport, only 10 min by taxi. Totally recommended!!

Close to airport which is what we wanted. Reasonable rate. Lots of eating choices at our stay. Nothing fancy but the location was great.

You need your key card by the door to turn on lights. But otherwise was a good stay. Supplied shuttle to and from airport. WhatsApp in case you need to book shuttle is on the photo.

Fantastic 4 Star hotel. Spent my time in luxury in Madrid :) Great hotel with gym, pool and friendly staff.

Lovely, friendly service. The restaurant near the lobby was grand. Decent nearby cafes. Great if you need somewhere near the airport for a short stay. Thank you!

We chose the hotel as it was close to the airport and a festival we were attending. The hotel was a little dated but the rooms were large, the air con strong and there was a nice pool (although it would be nice if it was open beyond 7pm). While far from the city it is close to the metro. Overall this is good value for money if you are looking for a hotel near the airport.
