Unfortunately it was a terrible experience .room was not done from previous gues staying I dint realised when I made the booking that it was an outside sharing bathroom and manager was not were to be seen so I had to call to make a Check in and appear after 15 minutes .the good news .the manager arrange accomodation in onether hostal .price also was ridiculous for the standard accomodation but that is Madrid

Booked a night last minute, no choice. Very make do. The room was on the third floor and was crowded and small. If a fire broke out, the consequences would be disastrous.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean. But for those who are used to having their own space, there is still the question of whether they can adapt to the public bathroom and toilet.

It was an uncomfortable stay, it looks abandoned, it is super old-fashioned, I arrived at the reception and a man helped me at a super old-fashioned counter (he didn't have a computer and he did the Check ING on a piece of paper written in pen, the WiFi (which didn't use) was written on a blank brochure also in pen... there are 2 machines, one for canisters older than Franco... WHICH DOES NOT WORK and one for coffee that surely doesn't either, After signing the paper he gives me the key to room 204. I open the door and the room looks like the building... bad looking... as soon as I arrived the first thing I wanted was to turn on the AIR CONDITIONING THAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK !! SUPPOSEDLY IT'S CENTRAL AIR.. AND IT GOES A FEW HOURS AWAY.. I SAID OK IN THE BATHROOM THEY DO NOT OFFER SHAMPOO OR SOAP I WENT OUT FOR A FEW HOURS AND RETURNED TO THE ROOM HOT IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY AND THE AIR WAS NOT WORKING EITHER, I DECIDE TO CALL THE RECEPTION NR THAT IS ON GOOGLE MAPS and I tell them that the air does not work and I am having a bad time apart from the fact that clearly in the dl.hotel offer it says that they have it.. They tell me that they are coming to check it out... there comes a super unpleasant woman who gives a bad vibe and the man who received me in flip flops and a little chair... to whom the woman says, GET ON THE CHAIR AND SEE THE AIR COMES OUT (SO THAT YOU REALIZE WHAT THE AIR WAS FEELING.. THAT THEY NEEDED A CHAIR TO GET ON AND FEEL IT) AND THE AIR TELLS ME.. IT GOES BUT IT GOES SLOWLY... BUT IF IT GOES TO THE ONE THE WOMAN SAYS, THEN NO ONE HERE HAS COMPLAINED NEVER FROM THE AIR 😂😂😂😂 AND THEY CLOSED THE DOOR AND I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN I WOULD NOT REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNLESS YOUR LAST OPTION IS THE STREET There's nothing good about it Parking is impossible if you don't pay €29 or €35, in nearby private parking... because on the street it's impossible I give it the minimum stars because they don't leave me less... but don't go there... it's horrible.

The hotel converted from a B&B has poor sound insulation. The hotel is on the third floor and there is no elevator! You have to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. There is no breakfast. During the carnival, the price of the hotel will increase in an all-round way. The landlord is quite nice, and the hotel network is okay.

DANGEROUS HOSTEL ! DON’T GO THERE.!!!! I booked for this hostel and it was a terrible experience. The owner contacted me to tell him wich hour I will get to the hostel and to call him before. It was what I did. The time got from cibeles to the hostel (15 min on foot) he called me again insulting me, threatening me, being so rude just because I made 5 minutes more time that the hour I told him. After that I refused to go there and he recalled me threatening me again, and insulting me. I found myself in the street by night and no where to go.

Lo único bueno de la pensión es la ubicación, a 4 minutos a pie de la puerta del Sol y metro, todo lo demás que publica es mentira. No tiene recepción 24 horas, hay una persona que te hace el cheking y no has terminado de firmar la entrada y se está marchando y ya no lo ves más. Te preguntan por correo electrónico a qué hora llegas y que si llegas antes de la hora de entrada puedes dejar las maletas en consigna y una vez en la pensión te dicen que no la puedes dejar, que tienen que atender más pensiones y no se hacen cargo de nada. No tiene wifi, la tv de la habitación no funciona, la calefacción es central, está al máximo y no se puede regular, no hay zona de lavado ni plancha, el baño es muy pequeño y la bañera vieja y sucia, el agua caliente va y viene, poco papel higiénico y el rollo bajo llave, los colchones sucios y sin funda, solo 2 sábanas. Tienen un aviso con un teléfono por si necesitas algo, pero no lo coge nadie. En los bajos de la pensión hay locales de fiesta que están abierto hasta altas horas y es imposible descansar. Hay mejores opciones por el centro de Madrid con mejor calidad/precio.

Avevamo prenotato tramite booking ad una cifra. Quando siamo andati a pagare, la prenotazione era stata cancellata (anche se avevamo ancora più di una settimana per pagare a quelle condizioni). Siamo stati costretti a fare una nuova prenotazione che ci è costata più di 100 euro (oltre 20 euro a notte in più rispetto alla prenotazione originale). Ci hanno mandato la foto della camera prenotata, con due letti singoli ma quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno rifilato un letto alla francese, piccolissimo e con un unico cuscino addirittura! La camera molto modesta, caldissima all'inverosimile, ma abbastanza pulita. Le pulizie vanno però richieste esponendo l'apposita targhetta, altrimenti non cambiano nemmeno gli asciugamani (1 piccolo in due e due medi per la doccia). Bagno piccolo, senza finestra ne' aspiratore. Camera adatta per una coppia non di amici però. La posizione strategica però ci ha fatto dimenticare in parte tutti gli aspetti negativi. Compreso il fatto che il personale parla solo spagnolo e non capiscono una parola di inglese.

Bon emplacement, chambre à l'arrière donc au calme vis a vis de la rue mais les cloisons sont fines et on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans la chambre voisine, equipemennt minimum: pas de bouilloire, 1 prise accessible sans deplacer le mobilier, menage 2 fois en 1 semaine, éclairage à revoir.
