Its good I had good time even in my short stay.. but I misplace my smartwatch in the room 410 and reached them out if they saw it but i didnt received any response and it is so disapppointing. But overall its good anyway.

Deluxe room is more better than the VIP room.but the staff are nice and very acommodating

Okay naman yung hotel and staffs. Yung telepono pag may kailangan ka sa front desk, hindi nag ri-ring, tapos may ibang room na sumagot sa tawag. Sa amenities naman, unique siya, malinis, malakas yung aircon at malamig. Yung problema namin sa first room yung toilet lang talaga, kasi mabagal mag flush. Pero kita naman namin effort ng mga staff, nilipat nila kami sa ibang room. Tapos yung card, hindi maka bukas ng pinto kaya need ng susi. Na bagohan lang rin kami, kasi sa ibang hitels na napuntahan namin pag wala sa room yung card, automatic na mamatay yung mga ilaw and all tapos mag lo-lock yung door. Sa Astrotel, hindi. Kaya sila may susi na naka attach sa la***an ng card. Dinasal ko talaga na sana hindi namin ma experience yung ibang na experience ng ibang guests noon, so far hindi naman at napaka linis talaga. Wala lang rin talaga silang clear na ilaw sa tapat ng kama. Tapos yung tv, bigla nalang nag o-on/off, para bang may iba kayong kasama na ayaw mag waste ng electricity. 🤣🙄 Overall, okay naman talaga stay namin sa Astrotel. Noong nag punta kaming Divisoria, gusto nga namin doon naman mag check-in sa susunod. Salamat po for the accommodation and God bless! 😇

Terrible, terrible, terrible, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the room availability, we didn't check the bathroom immediately bec we were too tired and just choose to rest, after getting up in the middle of the night, we felt digusted by the foul stench of the bathroom, we called reception but 5 minutes passed, no one has attended to it, it wasn't cleaned! Maintenance had to clean it while we were in the room already..makes me wonder how are you guys still in business?

The hotel is located in the very busy steeet, next to major restaurants and only a few km from the big malls

It is the luck of the draw, condition of some rooms are awful, some are acceptable. The stories on cockroaches are truth, it is roaming everywhere. If you have food items and it is left exposed, it’s another trip to the store. Staff is friendly and willing to help to a certain extent, but they are no match against the creepy crawlies !!

Bathroom smells of urine, there were weird chairs, limited TV channels, there was also a cockrouch, uncleaned floor under the bed, slighty dusty sheets, and very noisy environment specially morning you can hear a lot of construction going on.

The room was okay. Good and clean. I hope they will improve their service. There was no light in the room.

nasty hotel their atitude, facility & environment. i arrived at 4pm but could go in later than 8pm.(others came & checked in meanwhile) they even appologise just said,"appreciate uropatience." ther others. 1. lots o' cockroaches speaded out when coming in the room. 2.broken showers 3.lack of amenities 4.bad behavier of workers. lt was late all actions & torespond t traveled around world, but this is first time to meet hotel like this & to post for my notes. .

Seems like a hotel that you rent for sex. Terrible. I walked in. Looked around the room and walked out.

It's worth noting that I booked this hotel at a relatively low price, which might explain some of the shortcomings I encountered. However, even considering the budget-friendly rate, the issues with the extended check-in time, poor soundproofing, the absence of a bidet, and the cleanliness concerns were still disappointing. While I didn't expect luxury, I did hope for a more comfortable and cleaner stay.
