The stay exceeded expectations considering the cost compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable enough. The kitchen was very helpful considering we were staying with a 2 year old. Issues with the tub but I was able to fix them myself. The rooms and property are dated and old but not musty or moldy. I dealt with about 10 different people at the front desk and all were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was tasty and the coffee was available in the lobby. Laundry machines available to guests but we didn’t have the time (signs say 48 minutes for washing machines) and the gym is modest but we broke a sweat. Cute efficiency room with a view of the courtyard. It snowed our last night and that view was super pretty. Would certainly stay again: clean, affordable, friendly staff, good access to major highways.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed in a room that ended up having a ceiling water leak overnight. The entire room smelled like vomit in the morning. Manager told us it’s been an ongoing issue with that room and we were not made aware prior. They are not repairing it because they have actually been evicted and will vacating the premises soon. Yet they continue to keep that room open for reservations. Regardless of the cost, STAY ELSEWHERE!

Rooms need some serious updating and cleaning . Asked for a late checkout of an hour as a VIP member and was told I’d be charged $25. I have NEVER paid for a late check out in my life .

Since we stayed there a few years ago, the place has deteriorated. The furnishings are shabby, the TV remote did not work - no replacement available - and we had to fix our broken toilet due to no maintenance staff on site.
On the positive side, breakfast was fine and the prices of the accommodations are reasonable.

We only stayed 1 night as we had an early flight out of Syracuse. The room was very large and accommodated 6 adults no problem. We did not use any amenities so I cannot comment on them. The bathrooms were very clean. The floors and carpets were not clean though. There are some gross spots on some walls as well. A little more attention to those details are needed. It would have gotten a higher rating if those issues were taken care of. I am not sure I would have been comfortable staying longer than just a quick 1 night stay.

The room was clean and spacious. We loved our little kitchenette, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. It was quiet, and comfortable. I have no complaints. The breakfast was pretty good too.
