It is a beautiful hotel with quiet rooftop yet next to the square where all the tourists are! Hot and cold shower. one of the staffs whose name I forgot and he's a kind and super helpful middle age gentleman! :)

At first it seemed a good idea as the hotel is very well located and with a fair price. However be prepared to not sleep as they have no silent hours, even in the middle of the night. Guests are very loud with kids running and laughing around past midnight. On our second night we went to complain about the noise and the reception staff couldn't care less. People always slamming doors and talking loudly on the corridors to the point that made me wonder if they sleep the whole day so they can go full energy wild during the night. A nigh**are. If it was a hostel or anything else I could understand but if they call themselves a hotel the least they could do is to respect their guests. To avoid!

Albergo modesto ma dignitoso, camere piccole ma funzionali, letti comodi pulizia ottima. a due passi dalla piazza centrale sempre movimentata e rumorosa ma l’albergo è silenzioso si dorme bene. personale sempre gentile ci ha sempre accolto con un sorriso, gli abbiamo fatto richieste e domande hanno sempre risposto gentilmente, mai in espressione insofferente. in più la sensazione che gli facesse sinceramente piacere che fossimo lì. colazione servita da una donna col velo con modi garbati e sempre con un sorriso. ottimo qualità/prezzo. consigliato, noi ci torneremo.

Hotel ubicado a 2 min andando de la plaza, en un callejon. Muy ruidoso por la noche en el patio. Habitacion y baño pequeños. Almohadas muy incomodas. Deje 200€ en la maleta y ME LO ROBARON, no quisieron revisar las camaras de seguridad con nosotros. En resumen, mucho ruido y poca seguridad. No merece la pena.

Lo abbiamo scovato per caso, perchè il giorno prima di partire ci hanno annullato una prenotazione fatta in precedenza e ci siamo ritrovati a cercare una alternativa in fretta e furia. Non poteva andarci meglio: l'Hotel Faouzi è a due passi dalla centralissima e incasinatissima piazza Jemaa El Fnaa, ma nonostante questo è incredibilmente silenzioso e tranquillo. Le camere sono accoglienti e lo stile riad ne accresce il fascino. La colazione è abbondante ma potrebbero migliorare nella scelta dei piatti. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant. On avait prévu de n'y passer qu'une seule nuit, et finalement on y a passé 4 nuits. Très proche de la place jema El fnaa. Chambre petite mais propre. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le petit dej à 30 dirhams est bon (jus d'Orange fraîchement pressé, entre autres). Il pourrait cependant y avoir un peu de pain en plus des 2 galettes locales, qui font un peu "light".
