The staff here is so friendly, and really good service. Easy accessible to restaurants nearby. Clean and big rooms

The hotel is very good, clean and sanitary, with a variety of breakfasts, especially the breakfast room on the top floor, which is very stylish and offers a panoramic view of the entire city. It is definitely the best choice for business trips and the price is affordable. I like it very much and will stay here again next time.

The lobby staff was very friendly. They did not let us know that the hotel was being renovated so it was very noisy. Make sure if you use the mini bar thinking you can replace it before you leave don’t . They com win every day and count the drinks.Lol The breakfast was not good compared to other places. The gym was unusable.all the machines are broken.

Very good service, clean and comfortable. Huge rooms, and great location. Except for the breakfast, while included it is not to par with other hotels in Medellin, variety of fruits and options is the same every day and not really appetizing, we ended up going to other options nearby.

The Holiday Inn is an excellent property. The rooms are amongst the most spacious in Medellin. I was impressed with the recent remodel of the lobby which was much needed. The location is amazing with shops and 2 major malls within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Internet seemed to function better as well. My only concern again is the restrictive nature of allowing guests. Specifically just visiting.. The standard claim is security but if you pay that issue goes away. For overnight I understand but just a visitor there should be a check in and allow policy.

It would have been nice to know before hand that the property was under renovation. Room had some challenges with tv reception and no hot water. But staff when more than the extra mile to facilitate room changes. I come from the industry, so understand the operational challenges but was impressed with the staff.

The location is convenient near restaurants and mall. I would have given 5 stars but the hall is dark at night and they did not make any effort to accommodate our 2 rooms in the same floor.

I always enjoy my stay at the Holiday Inn. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Wifi works well and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, with many restaurants adjacent to the hotel and 2 major shopping malls within a 10 minute walk. Looking forward to my next stay.

Location is the best part of this hotel. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to 2 malls. A lot of restaurants around. Good price..!
