Check-in process record, for your reference: After booking the homestay, the service staff sent an inaccurate location, which made us go the wrong way, and did not inform us in advance. In the end, they said that their location was biased. Contact the property to resend the location, and it took a long time to find the place. Before checking in, I did not inform the newly-entered furniture, the formaldehyde smell was extremely strong, and there was a thick layer of dust in the room. The service staff actually told us that we were not from the northwest, but the sandstorm in the northwest, which was normal (haha, unfortunately, we were from Xi'an). The surrounding area was full of construction and decoration noise. The service attitude was extremely poor. The bathroom locked the child in the washroom. We stopped the workers and security guards on the road to help deal with it. The service staff said that they sent people. I said that the people they sent did not arrive at all. They actually replied that even if they called the police, it would take 10 minutes to walk over. It was speechless. We dealt with it for nearly 10 minutes before they came) In the end, they said that no matter who rescued it, it was their people who rescued the child (in fact, we got the child out by ourselves in the end). It was really speechless! We asked to change rooms, and the service staff replied that you don’t think you can do anything because you have a few stinky money. You can live or not. In the end, no one came to clean the place. We had no choice but to make do with the kids and it was hard to move. When we checked out in the morning, the other party just said "OK" and hung up the phone immediately. I called again and asked how to check out? Are we waiting here? How long will it take? The other party said "Of course we are waiting there, just wait", and hung up the phone again! When I asked for an invoice, they said the price shown on the platform was discounted and they couldn't issue an invoice. It's too much! The attitude was extremely bad during the whole process, and there was no service at all. Fortunately, the scenery we visited was good.
