Oh, room stunk there were dogs keeping us up at night and in the morning staff was not properly trained in the dining halls and restaurants. The chefs obviously could care less what they’re cooking. The staff does not want to be there. The property needs updating and should be closed until it is updated, it was a horrible experience. This was our honeymoon that was supposed to be one of the best nights of our life and we came to a property that I thought would be nice. I was dead wrong and it was a hassle to do pretty much anything this is a terra pro property . I want my money back.

This was a 1990's hotel that was not up to a reasonable standard for what was promised. ******* failed to state the balconies were condemned. I selected this for the balconies. there are too many issues to list but suffice it to say, we will not return.

Great location on the beach. Free parking. Friendly reception desk personnel. Pool bartender was inefficient and rude. Couldn’t use room balcony because all of them were condemned. The hotel should have beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests available without additional charge ($40 per day).

We were not aware that the balconies had been condemned and then after looking at a news article it doesn't even sound like the hotel should be open. I will say that the staff was more than accommodating, but it was very nerve racking having two young children and worrying about safety. Hopefully they can get their balconies back up to code. But we probably will not stay again.

We expected to have access to our ocean view balcony but once we arrived we were notified that there was no access to balcony due to construction and safety reasons

Loved my stay here! The views of the beach are unmatched! But I was pretty disappointed we weren’t allowed on the balconies. That was a big reason I booked with them and didn’t realize they were out of order till I checked in. Still loved the room and pool and beach access.

We were disappointed the balconies on the property were condemed. However they took money off per night. I think we should have been told that ahead of time.
