Nos tuvieron esperando para entrar.
Prácticamente una hora antes del check out nos querían echar molestandonos en la habitación.
Los desayunos y cenas faltaban siempre cosas y faltaba limpieza.

Last day today but been a nice relaxing holiday just could do wi a few little tweeks here & there for example the poolside music consists of bout 12 songs on a continuous loop yes I know use headphones but that isn't the point there is a bar that is part of the hotel that is lovely called 'jumper sports bar' needs better advertising & the lovely lady that Andrea works there so nice & helpful the food well even I've struggled could be much better the staff are lovely well the ones I've come across certainly are if your coming to this hotel yes its really clean,helpful friendly staff there's not much around it but it's a lovely place very peaceful 😊

Well Mandy at the desk was fantastic, help use out loads , great information, keep the good working going .the food has been ok , but all the stall are helpful, had great times here , great entertainment and fun for all , Hope to be back soon , have a great hoilday guys .

Hotel lovely with good ambience in very quiet area which was ok for us but not a great deal to do outside hotel area. Staff very good. Entertainment excellent and entertainment staff also excellent and work very hard. Close to airport so quick transfer. Courtesy bus to small resort of Punta Prima and for a small charge to Mahón . However for us a few things let the place down. Firstly the air con was not in operation until we had been there a week which caused sleeping problems as very warm. Secondly a major problem was the poor quality of the food - tough meat, served cold, on one occasion the chicken was undercooked. Thirdly we couldn’t believe that despite offering tea and coffee making facility in the room the milk and top ups had to be paid for other than the items there on arrival which were complimentary (enough for 1 brew). It is a shame that these things let the hotel down and adversely affected our holiday. Had they been in order then there would have been a good review. We are not inclined to revisit which is a shame.
