The place feels very worn out and old. The kitchen has no pans and cooking utensils; not even towels or dish soap. The room we were assigned faced the street and was very noisy. You can hear the thumping of the music from several of the bars and restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. The location was excellent. Close to the Angel and everything was accessible. But I will not stay there again.

The reservation and check-in process was easy. The room was spotless and had a good view with a balcony overlooking the street. Two bottles of water were provided but not replaced for the second night. Everything worked in the kitchenette and there were dishes and silverware provided.

I have stayed with the suites Del Angel on the past and will stay with them again in the future.
Check in and check out was very smooth and easy with very polite and smiling desk ladies.
The room has more than what I needed but it did give options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in great condition and the location was was handy for getting to places of interest. The only downside was that there was a noise from outside that went on through the night (not the hotel's fault I know).

Parking is terrible around, and the hotel said parking is complete on the property.

Unfortunately the elevators s were not working when we were there and we had to use the stairs with our heavy luggage to the 5th floor
