When I entered the hotel with my family at midnight after a very long journey, we were greeted by two unsmiling and unhelpful receptionists at the reception, and the nightmare began... They said that our room, which I had booked 1 month ago through trip com and paid for including breakfast, was not booked and had not even been paid for.
Even though we tried to show them our payment receipts and vouchers many times, they did not even want to look at them. Their careless and uncaring attitude was very bad.
In the end, I had to pay the fee again to get rid of the midnight nightmare. Although I contacted Trip Com because they did not have an authorized manager, they could not help until the next day's noon. When we went to breakfast, there was a fee problem again and finally they said they found your reservation now.
The shower taps in the room do not turn on, the rooms are old, I definitely do not recommend it. The two male receptionist staff were incredibly indifferent, but even if they tried to help us at night, I would still pay again... in short, they caused us to have a bad start to our Miami trip.

The pool, outdoor bar, and beach were great. The rooms are older than dirt, dirty, bathrooms were terrible, shower didn’t work. Carpet was filthy, and it was extremely noisy in the middle of the night.

We didn’t get inside our hotel room until after 2 AM our door key would not work. Few other customers had the same problem. We went to the front desk at least four times because we could not get inside our rooms.

I like that the property was so close to the beach and the umbrella and beach chairs were included in the resort fees.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach chairs and umbrella, the pool- THE IGUANAS! Haha, that was an experience for us and we loved it! Owen was great to us at check in. I’ve already recommended this place to another friend and will continue to do so. We will be back for a place to stay before our next cruise as well!

Overall very poor experience a storm had blown Portuguese Man of war up on shore and in the water. We were unfortunately unfamiliar and our 5 year old daughter was stung very badly. As it happened a staff cleaning the beach directed us to the lifeguard station and told us what had stung her. I asked how we avoid it in the future and he said the hotel should be advising guests not to go in the water, it was not safe. It was an extremely painful experience for my daughter and ruined our trip. The staff were very difficult to communicate with and generally seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The onsite restaurant does not have gluten free options, we spoke to the chef who said it was not safe for gluten free. The air conditioner in our room leaked so badly we had to leave a trash can under it or the carpet was soaked. They advised hot water would be off between 5am and 7am and by checkout time we still did not have hot water to shower before we left. Overall extremely disappointed and would not return.
