In the middle of winter, the air conditioner can only cool down, and there is no heating at all. I caught a cold and asked the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

This hotel is not worth the price. We booked a suite for a longer stay. The suite was old and scruffy and the terrace was even worse. We ordered breakfast from room service, but they misplaced the order. Due to our schedule we therefore had to take care of breakfast ourselves, but we were still charged for breakfast the full week. The reception staff was rude and the service was bad.

I stayed from 27th till 29th of June for an annual conference. Excellent location and wonderful surroundings to relax during breaks. Very cool to have diner at OZZO with a crazy poke bowl. The food is very good. The room was amazing and confortable. I had very good nights.

We went for some lunch with the family. Staff weren't very helpful and we didn't feel welcome, so we left and went somewhere else. We had to ask three times for a menu. Only to be given the wrong menu. Heard so much about these hotels, but unfortunately our experience was quite poor.

Huge room and bathroom- clean and all working facilities with view of sports park adjacent …. HOWEVER…. Maybe we got lucky - some of our friends had a view of a scaffold, mini safe not working So breakfast was superb - really good The bar prices were fine I think as long as you drink standard lager so be careful!!!

Lovely (very big) hotel with great rooms (ours was No58) and restaurants. Breakfast was incredible, with an unbelievable choice. Fantastic! Only letdown was that one day we didn’t have our room cleaned, and even after complaining it still wasn’t properly done.

Spacious amazing room with private Jacuzzi and a balcony! Everything was just amazing and the restaurant down stairs has a very nice bar and an outdoor area .. suitable for all times . Enjoyed our stay and it was like a honeymoon over there. Really 2 minutes walk to the bus station
